“I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Aloha Thai Fusion. We reached out just before the holidays to ask about catering our February wedding, and even through all the holiday busy stuff, we were able to lock down a menu for cocktail hour and reception dinner. Let me tell you, the food was AMAZING. We had already tried the food truck and decided we wanted Thai, which already made it so easy to cater to any vegan or GF guests at the wedding.
We had pad Thai, papaya salad, cashew stir fry and more for dinner, and the coconut shrimp at cocktail hour was definitely my fav. Josh and his team make the most delicious food and so many of my guests told me it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. Excited to drop by for dinner again soon and reminisce about how amazing our wedding food was. Mahalo Josh!!!“

“Not kidding when I say this is top-tier Thai food in the US (and I've had lots of Thai food in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, etc., as well as in Bangkok). I went here for dinner for two days straight and tried the pad thai, pad see eiw, lobster rice, and pad khee mao. ALL of these dishes are great. Hands down the best food I had during my week in Maui.“

“Loved their garlic shrimps. Side salad, taro mush potatoes, curry taste rice, and sauce were also good. It was a perfect size for me, but my husband said he wished for bigger portions. Shrimps didn't smell at all, so they must be pretty fresh. Eating area had a small covered area, so it was hot and windy.“

“Several dishes on the menu can be made vegan, with 10 spice levels to choose from! The portions are generous, providing excellent value, and the food was incredibly delicious. You can also easily customize your vegan order on their website (except papaya salad).“
