Good food. I waited an hour for my katsu. Many people after me were served. However, the katsu was excellent and I think they just slow cook it which is why the wait. The food truck atmosphere is not the greatest. Basically a gravel parking lot.
Best bang for your buck in this foot truck park by far!! I ordered the short rib garlic noodle, and it was melt in your mouth delicious and at a much better price than the neighboring food truck options. The lilikoi lemonade was great. Will definitely be back
I can't figure out why this food truck has a low rating. Every dish we tried, including the pork adobo and short ribs, was delicious. The consistency in quality was impressive, and the Halo Halo was equally delicious.
