This is my favorite pho place . Mom and pop food truck right near the triangle, always consistent And several menu choices. They offer food to go and make sure it is sealed insecure for your trip home, or you can eat it there and they put it in a nice bowl. The pho comes with basil, sprouts, jalapeí±os and sauces. Will definitely continue to frequent this lovely little food truck

My husband no matter where we're travel searches for vietnamese restaurant to try. I'm never a hot day pho eater but my son and he were thrilled and the mango salad is amazing! Don't be in a hurry enjoy just enjoy the day, it is fresh and worth it!

Good food. Some options can feed 1-2 people

Review based off the pho here. Had the steak pho. Very good broth. Very authentic down to the type of noodle they use. If you're in Maui this is the pho spot to go to. I tried the other pho spots in Maui and they are a disgrace compared to this one. The owners are actually from Vietnam too.

Very tasty food. Lots of food for the price. Very friendly service. And they give you a handy pager so you don't have to stay super close while you wait.

If you aren't paying attention, you might drive by this one so make sure you don't! The bubble tea is approved by by Taiwanese foodie wife and the pad thai and "shaken beef" fried rice were delicious. They both had that particular (and delicious) wok flavor of Asian street food done right.

The pho had really good flavor. The steak could have been sliced thinner and it was a little pricey. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good pho on Maui.

We have been going here ever since we found the place(3yrs ago) The owner is a great friendly man and his wife is an amazing cook. The sandwich is Soo good and filling for the price, mango salad is huge and so good, it takes two of us to eat it. And if you like taro milk it's pretty tasty, but my favorite is the lycee pop in lemon tea.

What an incredible pho place. In its small footprint it delivers amazing food. The pho broth is as good as any I've had. I am from Toronto and have traveled quite a bit and was disappointed in the quality of foods in Maui. I find the culinary art lacking. Forget the art, the taste. But this place is a gem. I've been back multiple times. Owner is a long time owner of pho restaurants on the mainland who retired and got bored and decided to share his artistic creation. Very friendly, don't hesitate to ask. Don't guess. The last is not something that just applies to this. I am sure the people here know more than asking strangers online. Photos on my old phone, will post later

This is the real deal guys. I highly recommend the milk tea (no boba) and a chicken bánh mí. At least that's what I get. It's served with perfection by the cutest older gentleman.
