This place is a hidden gem with unique coffees and incredible gluten free, vegan and many soy free delicious healthy bakery bites. I struggle to find anything on the island as I'm allergic to gluten dairy egg and soy and ran across this cafe to try to fill my stomach with something. The rose pistachio healthy cake was incredible!!! Along with the biscotti

I had to stop myself from getting one of everything because it all looked so so good! So many protein bite options, raw goodies, and lots of tasty looking treats. multiple dairy alternatives to choose from for bevs. I got a little rose pistachio number that melted while i sat outside and while the presentation was ruined- the flavor was not! It was such a delicious floral taste with the pistachio,truly delicious

We were recommended by a friend. By far my favorite coffee on Kauai. The staff we friendly and professional. The coffees were killer. I had a cortado my wife had a cappuccino with the house made vanilla. Completely mind blowing!!!! The shop is super cool and the perfect size. The use a La Marzocco GB5 which is the mark of an amazing shop. We came back the next day and added the bagel with avocado to our coffee order. It was amazing as well.
I will tell everyone visiting Kauai to make a stop at trilogy coffee!
