It's a food truck. So either you eat it at their picnic table or else take it home. Fish seemed fresh. Everything was prepared the way we ordered it. If you want soy sauce, you have to ask for it.

My wife and I love coming here. Poipu doesn't have a lot of healthy + quick food options. This is the best spot to get healthy poke bowls. And the people working here are awesome!
The food was so good that we ate here twice during our week long stay in the area (and would probably have gone more if we'd discovered it sooner). Sushi and poke bowls were fresh and delicious and everything was priced fairly.
