Really friendly staff. Food was very below average, especially for the price. Don’t get the $59 steak - ribeye was closer to Denny’s or Applebees quality (incredibly tough and fatty even for a ribeye, without the ribeye flavor), and scallops were fishy tasting. On atmosphere, pretty much empty for our our 745 reservation. I’m sure the atmosphere is better if you come earlier though!

Good beach bar/restaurant overlooking Poipu beach. The food was good and location is great if you are staying on that side of the island. You may get lucky and see some turtles on the beach as well if you are there in the later afternoon/evening.

Very average food. Had a burger and my girlfriend had a salad. Both were very average with not a lot of flavor. I've had worse, but I've also had way better. For a few dollars more we had a much better meal at Keoki's Paradise the next night.

We visited during Happy Hour. Mai Tai was okay. I've had worse. We had an order of the nachos and they were good. The shrimp was just me. We had a table by the window, which was nice. Prices were comparable to other similar venues. Beware, parking can be tricky because all the beach goers park there and Brennecke's can be busy at dinner time. A reservation is a good idea.

We enjoyed this restaurant and would eat here again. It is located across ftom Poipu Beach. Good food, good service. In the evenings, many people go to the beach to see the sea turtles which makes this a high traffic area. Plan to get there before 6 or you will be waiting for 45 minutes. They do take reservations. The only slight critique is it stays very bright inside even at night. Most places dim the overhead lights when the sun goes down. Again, minor critique.
