Craving Thai absolutely blew me away! From the moment we walked towards the food truck, the atmosphere was cozy and quaint. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations without being pushy.
We started with the crispy spring rolls and it had fresh flavors and perfectly balanced spices. For the main course, I had the pad see ew and crispy chicken, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever tasted with it being rich, tasty, and just the right level of heat. Portions were generous, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality.
Craving Thai has easily become my new go to spot for Thai food. Highly recommend!

I had the chicken pad see ew from this food truck two weeks ago while in Koloa. I had high hopes, but it just didn't deliver. They weren't pad see ew noodes (I've visited Thailand), the sauce wasn't correct for pad see ew, and it just disappointed all around. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

As with many local places, a food truck can be a great place to get a quick to-go meal. I tend to gravitate toward Thai food trucks in Kauai because I am never disappointed. The spring rolls, pad thai, thai coffee, and whatever curry dish my spouse ordered were very good. The people who run the place are hilarious and fantastic. It was the busiest food truck out of all.

Worst pad see ew I have ever had. Vegetables were barely cooked, very little flavor and not a teriyaki based flavor and used fettuccine noodles. Maybe they do other dishes ok but wouldn’t recommend. My husband got the poke bowl next door and liked it.

they saw the bar for what the bare minimum of what street food should be and aimed lower. if you’re looking for authentic thai (or anything close to it), look elsewhere. both of the adjacent food carts in this lot are excellent.
