ketchup in the noodles, bad Som Tam, bad curry. watery thai tea, dry chicken, utterly bland coconut sticky rice. flavorless where there should be flavor and bad flavor where there is any—
they saw the bar for what the bare minimum of what street food should be and aimed lower. if you’re looking for authentic thai (or anything close to it), look elsewhere. both of the adjacent food carts in this lot are excellent.

Excellent green curry, full of fresh veggies, and the spring rolls (and dipping sauce) were AMAZING. Easily the best we've ever had. The service was excellent as well. Our new favorite spot in Kauai.

This food truck is tucked into Old Town Koloa next to some other food trucks which is nice if you are with a group who want different things to eat. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and my dad ordered the teriyaki chicken. It took about 20 minutes as they make it fresh to order and man was it fresh and delicious! It tasted homemade for sure! The chicken was juicy and flavorful in both dishes and the servings were generous. We had loads of leftovers too. It all tasted just as good the next day!
I have eaten plenty of pad Thai in my life and this one tasted very much not like what I am used to and I enjoyed it immensely. The flavors were amazing, but not over the top where I’m grabbing for water every two seconds. And tons of peanuts which I love!
I gave 4 stars only because there is very little seating so it’s not really set up to eat there unless you are lucky enough to get a spot. We would have loved to order and eat fresh right there, but instead brought it back to our hotel. It was amazing though! I want to try the spring rolls next time! Highly recommend for some authentic Thai cuisine!

This was our favorite Thai food truck! We have tried several on the island and loved the fresh rolls here as well as the drunken noodles and pad Thai. Appreciate that they had chilli paste/ hot sauce as some others didn’t. Enjoy!

We eat here regularly and everything is delicious. I especially love that there is a variety of vegetables in the dishes as well as a nice serving of vegetables not just a couple. The thing that they have nailed is it’s very consistent unlike most every other restaurant on the island. I LOOOVE the tapioca but only complaint is I have slowly seen the portion size get smaller and smaller, which is kind of disappointing to pay more and get less food. Please bring back the normal serving size and don’t skimp. That’s all. Otherwise amazing and if you’re thinking of trying this place you should.

Hard to trust this place's listing. They have a lot of "veg" listed on the menu but only 4 or 5 vegan items. I asked what made an item veg but not vegan and I was told "shrimp paste" by the owner/chef. Not cool, man.
So, we did almost an a reconciliation of everything that was ordered, I think we should have pulled the plug once we heard that, but I don't travel alone or in a vacuum, so the order went through. IT was not very good and a bit suspect, I think I had shrimp paste too since my mouth feel later. I will save the indignant rant since we know, but I will write the site to remove the listing, this could do serious harm to someone giving them shrimp paste if they think they are avoiding animal products.
