I tried the Pad See Ew with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. The lady at the window was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. If you’re craving authentic, tasty Thai food, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
I cannot believe this eatery has 4.2 rating....it is the best Thai food on Kauai!!! I live around the corner and go to this location regularly. The owner is amazing and food is the best I have had on Kauai. 5 stars for me!

Craving Thai absolutely blew me away! From the moment we walked towards the food truck, the atmosphere was cozy and quaint. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations without being pushy.
