As with many local places, a food truck can be a great place to get a quick to-go meal. I tend to gravitate toward Thai food trucks in Kauai because I am never disappointed. The spring rolls, pad thai, thai coffee, and whatever curry dish my spouse ordered were very good. The people who run the place are hilarious and fantastic. It was the busiest food truck out of all.
If you ever come to Kauai, you should put this food truck on your list. The food was really good, lots of flavor, didn’t have to wait long for the food, the service was excellent, and the staff is so kind. Would definitely come and eat here again!

Craving Thai absolutely blew me away! From the moment we walked towards the food truck, the atmosphere was cozy and quaint. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations without being pushy.
