Excellent green curry, full of fresh veggies, and the spring rolls (and dipping sauce) were AMAZING. Easily the best we've ever had. The service was excellent as well. Our new favorite spot in Kauai.
This food truck is tucked into Old Town Koloa next to some other food trucks which is nice if you are with a group who want different things to eat. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and my dad ordered the teriyaki chicken. It took about 20 minutes as they make it fresh to order and man was it fresh and delicious! It tasted homemade for sure! The chicken was juicy and flavorful in both dishes and the servings were generous. We had loads of leftovers too. It all tasted just as good...
This was our favorite Thai food truck! We have tried several on the island and loved the fresh rolls here as well as the drunken noodles and pad Thai. Appreciate that they had chilli paste/ hot sauce as some others didn’t. Enjoy!
