Honestly? Pleasantly surprised for being part of a resort.Of course you get resort prices but what I didn’t expect was such a fun and friendly staff. I didn’t expect some of the menu items to be as good as they are either!It’s only exacerbated by the fact that there’s poolside service as well. Good for lazy days after adventuring or hanging out with local buddies.There’s honestly so much good food in Kauai that relaxation and easy access is the game here BUT it’s not a compromise, it’s still good.Also thanks for being so hilarious to me and my local buddy when we were drunk, you guys are hilarious and a good time! ??

Holoholo for Breakfast or a Burger is a favorite spot because the food is good and we usually find a quick table ! Dinner is also good and the ambiance is casual !

Holoholooooohh no. We had dinner here. since I'm pregnant I can't have raw fish so was unable to try the ahi. I had the roasted chicken and it has no seasoning and was pretty flavorless, though it was tender. The portion was also too small and I was left hungry despite eating everything on my plate. The veggies were a tad undercooked but it's ok and the mashed potatoes were good. The burger was pretty bad. While they did cook it properly they put this super sweet jam or "relish" on it. Way too sweet and weird. Just leave it be and put that on the side if they really think it's necessary. We didn't get dessert and obviously couldn't get drinks. Despite having a $250 resort credit we won't be going back, we'll just have to find another way to spend it

Holoholo Grill is the poolside restaurant at the Koloa Landing Resort hotel, so they have a captive audience of customers. I was enticed here based on name recognition of celebrity Hawaiian chef, Sam Choy, whose recipes they claim to use. We started with the coconut shrimp, which were barely edible. The breading was fried so crispy that they were hard as a rock, and I actually thought I might break a tooth, I'm not exaggerating. I followed that with an ahi tuna poke bowl, which was buried under a mountain of crispy noodles. It was OK for raw fish with dressing on it. This place is all right for a family restaurant, but nothing to seek out if you are not staying at this resort.

Service was great! Leilani, Chris , and Titus were super on it with anything we needed. Food was so amazing loved the kale salad with the chicken appetizer. Will be returning!

Meh, it was ok & was hoping would be much better. Seemed like maybe they were short staffed as there was only one server and they were very busy. It took a really long time to order & others who were there after us were fed before we even got to ordered. Would not recommend if you need to be anywhere afterwards.

We ate here probably 8 times on our vacation. Almost anything we ordered was excellent, breakfast and dinner. Loved the Holo Holo ice cream pie!
