Service can be quite slow on weekend nights but we had no problem during the week. Food is mostly good with one exception...the macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi was so flavorless that I couldn't stomach more than 2 bites. As one of the more expensive things on the menu, they needed to try harder...or really at all. No salt, no pepper, lemon burre blanc tasted like milky water...just atrocious.

Our bill of $135 included two cheeseburgers, one fish and chips, one chicken stir fry and two smoothies. The chicken in the stir dry was very dry and gross. The prices are high! The view can't be beat!

Service and atmosphere are great. Quickly seated, and staff were friendly. I bought the mahi tacos which I thought were okay. Everything looked good overall though. Great view of the sunset and surfers.Parking: Parked near Brennecks/Puka Dog restaurants in the adjacent lots. Not too sure how else we'd get to Honu Bar, but we were already lounging on the beach by the turtles so we decided to just walk over. The walk back to the car was a little more challenging given how dark it was, but no issues overall.

The food was average (with the exception of the poke bowl, which was very good). Service was quite poor, although this may have been due to understaffing?... Wouldn't come here again unless I really needed something to eat.

Friendly, Aloha service with tropical drink specials daily. The best bacon cheeseburger on Kauai and tasty Parmesan truffle fries with a hint of garlic. The fresh fruit served in a pineapple bowl is sweet, cool & refreshing. The grilled chicken caesar salad is large enough to share. Beer on tap, iced tea, traditional cocktails, Mai Tai's & Daiquiris made with Koloa Rum. All good! Great location with breathtaking views at any time of day; spectacular at sunset. Many fond memories. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect beach side location, you can wander from the bar just not onto the public beach. Tried their blended drinks and was always pleased. Mai Tai 6/10- felt like it was missing something, very little sweetness Koloa mudslide 9/10- very good if you like Kalua Waiohai Colada 7/10 Lava flow 6/10- too sweet for my taste as

Only restaurant on Marriott property. Food and service were good. Keep an eye on your food. As soon as it was served the sparrows were already on my basket! Great access to the beach. Beautiful views and sunsets.

Bailey is a great server! Just the BEST! It's the nicest spot on Kauai, with the best frozen Mai Tais! What an incredible place to watch the surfers and sunsets!
