Don’t bother.I was craving noodles and thought this would be a good place for lunch. We walked up to the run down food truck and noticed they only had two noodle dishes on their menu. Was disappointed, but ordered the Da Mayor Rice Bowl. I guess that means a bowl of rice with five small pieces of pork on top. The pork was dry, the rice needed salt, and there was a bland flavored gravy on top. All this for $19. I felt robbed. Also, right after we order they updated their menu to include three ramen dishes. Huge disappointment.
Food's alright. But if it's the weekend you're better off going to the BBQ food truck next door so you can get triple the amount of food for the same price. Portions here are bull**** for what you spend.

WAY WAY overpriced, plus $1.50 to put ln take out box instead of paper bowl. Food was just OK. Not very nice seating. Portipottie restrooms.
Simple food, noodles and rice bowls. But tasty, healthy and good. Great bobas

Not sure how this place has such good reviews. Easily the worst meal we had while visiting Kauai. I got the tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was flavorless. My noodles were boiled into oblivion, and were one big pile of sloppy mush. I couldn’t even eat it.
Tried to come here multiple times at various times that they had posted. They were never open.
We were so excited to see Naruto Noodles!! Oh my!!! Upon pull up, we have been searching for a good food truck on this trip. Not too many in Kauai. When we saw three we went ‘ oh yeah!’ Then we saw Naruto! Yes!And then it went downhill. I myself and vegetarian, and there are no options for you here. Just FYI. My daughter, a Roman fanatic, loved it. She loved the flavor, the look, she ate it all, with sounds of joy and enthusiasm in each bite. She earned them the 3 stars. Her Raman came with an egg ( Naruto style) and she doesn’t eat eggs. I went ahead and ate it for her! Pretty sure it was at least 2 days old, the yolk was chalky and bland. My older daughter got a noodle plate, and only ate 7 bites. We took it back to the hotel, but she never ate it. Now her appetite can alter, however when food is tasty, she eats it all. My wife knows how to cook, and my girls have taste to match. My son, who loves Naruto, chose not to eat here. I guess he felt the vibes, and went for Mexican. That’s my kid.All in all, don’t waste your time and money on vaca to try here. Not to mention, as soon as they closed, they were out in minutes. Garbage cans up, and people were gone. Better customer service, more love in your food, and maybe try it yourself sometime, and see what you think. You have a great business idea, but it needs more work. Show the love and your food will show it.
Incredibly flavorful, must visit if staying near Koloa!
Everything was delicious, I would love to try everything on the menu, I think it’s all equally good!! The noodles are amazing and so are the people! I couldn’t decide between two of the dishes so they let us have a small sample of the plate I didn’t order (even though they were so busy!) so we could try it. Thank you!!

Our family ate lunch at this food truck, because a nearby restaurant was closed that day. Some family members enjoyed their ramen noodles. I had the pork cha sho (AP?) rice bowl. The pork was okay. The gravy was not served hot, so it was gelatinous. Turned out it was also flavourless. I couldn’t eat much of it. Alas, this was a memorably unpleasant food experience. If you must eat there, stick with the plain ramen. The service was pleasant but slow.
Great noodles however be aware you might sweat a lot eating them in hot weather
2.5 stars but I gotta round down for reasons that will become apparent. Let’s start with an overview: this is a food truck with a pretty extensive menu with many types of noodles and snacks. Others have commented on the wait time, but good things take time, no big deal. There’s a shaded tent in front so everything’s copacetic there. So let’s get down to business then. The good:The wontons were super tasty. Fried nice and crispy, well seasoned, tasty dip. Despite the low star rating I would come back for these as a snack. I also enjoyed the spicy sauce extra which had good heat and flavour. The bad:I had the Naruto ramen and the broth and toppings were nothing special. It tastes like a shio-style broth but maybe was a bit too salty even for a salt lover such as myself. Imo the broth lacked any sort of depth and was reminiscent of an instant ramen. The ugly:The noodles. I cannot express just how bad these noodles were. They were cooked to death and were practically disintegrating in the bowl. This is an unforgivable crime against ramen. My disappointment was infinite. After that long wait and all that money we had to bail part way into the bowl and just go to another restaurant to get a proper meal. It was that bad. And it’s especially bad to fail at your namesake. Conclusion:Sorry Naruto, maybe it’s time to rebrand as Naruto wonton.

An absolute must when in Kaua’i!! My husband and I were so excited to try these noodles after seeing the food truck and they did not disappoint! Annie the owner was so kind and serves up some mouthwatering food. We had the ramen, cha shu bowl, and the local noodles. Every dish was amaze especially the gravy for the cha shu bowl and the broth for the ramen!! Officially obsessed and can’t wait to come back!
