Red Salt is AMAZING! My fiancé and I ate here several times while in Kauai and we had incredible meals and service every time. The sushi was to die for. Most of the fish is sourced locally. The sushi chefs are top notch. I have celiac and they made me the best rainbow roll I’ve ever had. We fell in love with Jojo, who was our server twice. She’s awesome in every way. We also became friends with Matty, who gave us tips on Red Salt’s most delicious dishes and great spots...

My family and I had an all around pleasant experience. I had both breakfast and dinner here and it’s a wonderful, walkable option if you are staying at the Marriott. All staff, including waiters, Sage and John (I think that was his name) for each meal were very polite and attentive. Presentation was nice and the short rib on their dinner menu is massive and very tender. It visually reminded me of something from the Flintstones. Anyway, highly recommend.

We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary with dinner here. Staff was great, gave us a nice table along with great service and food. Food was delicious! They even gave us a sweet anniversary dessert.
