Between 8-10am this location runs at least 30-45 minutes behind predicted (seriously). Plan accordingly! If your mobile order says 4-7 minutes it will take 35. The coffee is incredible, but not always worth the wait.

Starbucks is like a machine. You always k ow what you are going to get. The food and drinks were what you would expect. The service, on the other hand, was not. I have never encountered so many unhappy, almost angry, people working in one place. The place was not even that busy, but the workers were so unfriendly. Come on folks, I have never heard of anyone dying from giving a smile.

Very clean nice store, cool employees, fast service, and my drink was perfect each time. But, don't get food. Go out the door and across to Crumb and Get It. I'm going there next to write a review, but trust me, skip Starbies food for a Jens Bomb just a few steps away at Crumb and Get It.
This is at Starbucks poipu, The Barista name Gary, he need to practice how to lower his voice( its like he always angry) He need to practice to be nice person to the customer.
