Looking for a decent cup of coffee came across this after staying in Poipu. They had all the same orders as back at home with friendly staff. Great location in an outdoor mall and plenty of parking. They're open early too!

What really stands out about this place is the barista. Amy made me a tall American and it’s the first time in years it was a hot delicious cup of coffee with room for cream. And the cream was sitting out there where I got to add it! I quit going to Starbucks years ago but I’ll be back here. Long to travel for a Starbucks from Idaho but at least it’s coffee like it should be.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, well stocked. I was anticipating them being out most of the breakfast items given the egg shortage (I’m aware that the items come precooked and frozen) but they had everything we ordered off the menu. The staff keeps up with the morning rush well and is very courteous. Great branch. Keep up the good work.

Walk on over from your hotel and grab a coffee. Right on par for your typical Starbucks. Has everything you’re expecting and Kona coffee beans that are an exclusive on the islands.

Had a super drink and it was a great experience in the staff was pleasant. Helpful was quite busy this morning, but got my Starbucks, which I’m addicted to my cold brew and my caffeine.

Consistently quick drink delivery when ordering through the app, drinks were always ready as promised. Food was not great, but the same as at every other Starbucks.

Went in and waited and waited at the counter. Three employees. One said, be right with you. No busy at all. She finished someone else’s drink orders and never came to the counter. Others were restocking boxes and merch. They all just ignored me and never came to the counter. So eventually I just put a mobile order in, but I usually find counter is faster than mobile if you literally walk in sometimes. Nope, mobile was done fast but she literally still never came over to the counter. The entire box of small straws was half soaked in liquid and you couldn’t open a single straw. Unhappiest employees at this location it seems. “Welcome in” drones at you and others that walk in. Ignore the counter customers. Kinda unreal. One of the worst Starbucks customer services I’ve ever experienced, as a regular Starbucks goer all over the country.

Traditionally Modern Food

This review is only for the Pineapple Cloud Cake. I'm not sure if it's seasonal or a Hawaii specialty, as I haven't seen it at Starbucks in Seattle before. The cake was delicious—light, airy, and not too sweet. It became our family favorite
