SO good. Friendly service and great food that actually fits in a normal budget ($15 for a burrito). I got the breakfast burrito and my husband got the Cali burrito - both had great flavor. We also got corn elote which I think wish was charred more than just warm corn, and I also wish it was more saucy, so maybe not worth it next time, but was fine.
If you text them 15 min before they open with your name and order you get free guacamole (and then don’t have to wait for your food). Not a long line, but does take a minute to get your food.
We’ll come here again!! Beats overpriced resort food.

Absolutely the best tacos and most authentic flavors on Kauai. We enjoy Tsco Libre as a family and also recommend to all our friends who visit Kauai. The service is excellent and the owners are super friendly. Highly recommend!

You can tell it's good with one look; doesn't even take a taste to know!
But no doubt, the bites are good too.
I like the fresh ingredients and authentic style... every time I visit I'm transported back to my Mexico City trip of 2024 and felt Taco Libre would give that one famous Michelin star taco joint an absolute run for their money.
Good people run this truck and when I'm in the area (usually Tuesdays for a trail run along the coast) I love to stop by and fuel up. Haven't even tried the other food trucks in Koloa and at this point, don't want to.

I wanted to go return to this place after trying their elote and tacos, but they were closed. Their food was amazing I can’t stop thinking about it. We stopped there after going to Poipu beach on our honeymoon it is one of our favorite places we’ve tried!
