As someone who has tried and eaten a lot of Mexican cuisine in the U.S., the idea of going to a food truck was definitely a risk for me — but it was worth it!
Quesadilla: Generously filled, with amazing cheese, sauce, and flavor.
Elote (Corn in a Cup): I tried this for the first time, and you absolutely must try it too! A perfect snack with an incredible taste.
The team’s energy, hospitality, and communication were fantastic.

This is a taco and burrito food truck. Food is absolutely outstanding. We ordered most of the menu and there was not a bad dish. Highly recommend.
Some of the best fish tacos on Kauai! We got fish tacos and their signature mexi-moco, both tasted fresh and flavorful. The vibe here is great too. Highly recommend stopping by if you enjoy Mexican food.

Was lucky enough to try their Birria special. So tender and juicy. HITS THE SPOT!!! One of the best consomé I’ve ever had. Delicious salsas too. Aaleiyah is so kind - gave us 10/10 service we would come back to the island just for this.
