We have heard great things about this truck, so we finally tried it and are so glad we did! We ordered the shrimp tacos and Cali Burrito, and both were delicious. The salsas were particularly good, with the right amount of heat. I look forward to going back and trying other items on the menu!

Listen, if you are like me…you might feel like “food trucks a very 2017, sure they are fine, but most are just meh at this point”—you’re not wrong, but Taco Libre is the mf’n exception. The burritos, the tacos, the amazing chefs and team there are just absolute fuego. The flavor left me and my girlfriend wondering how the heck they could make such a delicious burrito and taco in a truck that small (and my gfis from California and I am from Texas). This place is 10/10. We recommend anything on the menu and adding a side of beans & rice because it’s all delicious. Pop across the street for a tall boy or wine from the grocery store and no ka’oi bruddah. If you are visiting Kauai and don’t visit this food truck, then you aren’t wrong, because it’s Kauai…but you aren’t right either…because it’s Taco Libre! This place rips!! Thank you, Taco Libre for one of the best dinners I’ve had all year.

Amazing food and great recommendations from the cook. Highly recommend!The seating is a cool spot a few steps away from the truck, and there were enough chairs etc but some are at a breaking point, old structures have trash lingering. Still fine until it started raining (a lot). We ran off to our car to eat. There's a huge opportunity to make that corner a perfect outdoor place to eat but some parts are trashed unfortunately.

Oh my gosh! The spice! It’s free! You’ll lose your lips but the burritos soothes your wohs with its crispy fry additives. Also watched my friend who hunted across this island for a good fish taco finally experience his first smile since arriving on the island. Cannot recommend taco libre
