Best shave ice we had on the island by a long shot! Real flavors not sugary chemicals!

For the past couple years, I have been traveling to Hawaii. During these past few years I have had a side mission: Find the best shave ice place. When I visited recently it defeated 1#. They put fresh fruit rather than ice cream on it and rather than waiting till the end they put flavor in the middle making it flavorful through. Therefore this place is 1# in Hawaii so far.

Wow! This shave ice was amazing. The Fresh Shave came recommended on a Kaua’i itinerary I purchased and we are so glad we stopped here. My husband and I were stuck between two flavors and were having trouble picking which one to get, the young girl working suggested an item from their secret menu since it was a combination of the two we were between. The flavor was so so good! It was the best shave ice we had on the island, in our humble opinion. We will definitely be back on our next vacation! Mahalo for the friendly and helpful service and delicious treat!!

My family visited Kauai and Oahu for a total of 12 days and toured all parts of both of the islands, and this was by far the best shave ice we had. All the other places served crushed ice with artificial dyes (sort of like a glorified snow cone), while this tasted much more natural and fresh. A worthwhile stop if you want to experience real shave ice!

It’s refreshing and different than food coloring syrup shaved ice.
Went two days in a row, absolutely delicious. The bowls are $10 and taste very nice. The coconut flavor was my favorite, and the liquid on the bottom is very tasty.

My wife and I got shave ice here and it was not very good compared to every other shave ice place we had encountered and eaten at in Kauai. The ice isn't very soft, the flavors of the syrup not strong, and there's not really much customization you can have. They only sell about 10 different combos which are more expensive than most shave ice places. The fresh fruit is nice, but doesn't make up for the downsides.

One of the better shaved ice spots as they have generous portions, fresh ingredients (rather than relying on artificial tasting syrups) and they only place we found with coffee flavor.
