Tried a few shave ice places on Oahu (incl. Matsumoto’s) before coming to Kauai and came straight to Waikomo based on reviews. Absolutely the best flavors and topping’s of all the places we tried. A must try when on Kauai!!
We absolutely loved our experience at Waikimo Shaved Ice! The shaved ice was hands-down the best we’ve had on Maui – so delicious, with a perfectly melt-in-your-mouth, fluffy texture and incredible flavors. We were so impressed that we came back for a second visit!

Delicious! My favorite shave ice on the South side of Kauai. Especially love that they have calamansi as a flavor option. One person operation, so have patience... definitely worth it 🤩
