Stewz Burgers (Upcountry Food Truck)

Stewz Burgers is the best with grass fed Maui cattle meat! I ordered the Smash and Kihei burgers. Love the shaded tables to chill and hang out Upcountry. Will come back again!

Best Burger on Maui. Well seasoned, soft buns, and fresh ingredients. I got the Kula that has avocado and pablano and cheese. The house made (beer batter I'm guessing) onion rings were crisp and tasty also.

Had to come back the next day (national hamburger day) to try the Hana burger with bacon and jalapenos. Just as before hot and fresh with crispy bacon. Also I got the mustard/mayo mix to dip the fries in like I remember doing growing up in Hawaii.

This is a great food truck Upcountry located right next to Long Drugs. I think we've tried every Burger on the menu and have never been disappointed. You can get it to go or there's seating in the food truck area to sit and relax. Highly recommend to visitors and locals!

I came across Stewz today and I ordered a single Bacon Cheese Burger with a Mango Lemonade. First time I had a Stewz burger and I was pleasantly surprised. Burger was cooked perfect, bacon crisp, served on Hawaiian Sweet bread bun, delicious! The Mango Lemonade was on point and also delicious!

So good, easy to grab between adventures, and the grass fed beef is great. A fan when I’m on island! Kula burger is my fave.

We absolutely love the food and service that this Stewz Burgers Upcountry provides. So constant with preparing my Burgers just the way I like it every time. And the most friendliest service and always remembers us. Employees at this food truck is definitely what sets this food truck a head of the rest. We go there every Thursday night for dinner. Whether I’m grabbing a bite in Kihei or cruising through the Pukalani food truck scene, it’s the same solid burger every time: flavorful, stacked, and cooked with aloha.

The Kula Burger? Game changer. That chipotle lime aioli and avocado combo is doing way more than it needs to — in a good way. And don’t sleep on the onion rings or sweet potato fries. They’re crispy, golden, and make you feel slightly better about your choices (sweet potato’s basically a health food, yeah?).

Service is friendly, but you’re on island time here, so if there’s a line, just chill. Worth the wait. The Kihei spot has that open-air, breezy vibe perfect after a beach day, and the Pukalani truck is clutch when you’re craving something hearty Upcountry without heading too far down the hill.

Bottom line: Stewz is one of those places you recommend when someone says, “Where can I get a real burger on Maui?” It’s not trying to be fancy — just fresh, ono, and local-style dependable. And that’s more than enough for me.
