The owners clearly don't read these reviews, because people have been complaining for months about the runny sauces and them chronically "not having that menu item right now."Also as others have noted, they use grated Parmesan from a can, their garlic bread is just toast with oil and spices smeared on it, and the pizza feels like it's made with cheap ingredients.Is this an Italian place? It's more like a place pretending to be Italian.

Meh... not my favorite thing. Kind waitress and cute little atmosphere. Ordered the bolgenese after trying to order a few other things on the menu (all were not available). We got our meal to go and walked across the street to our hotel. The sauce was so hot and runny that it spilled over and soaked through the bag on my husband's hands causing burns. The food tasted like it was microwaved in the foil. I could have driven down to the safeway and made it better myself, and gotten a bigger portion. The garlic bread was butter spray and Italian sauce on bread. Nothing was worth the 18$ a plate, but at least it was edible.

Came in at 6:45pm with a group of 9, told us they had an opening at 7:30pm and that they'll accommodate us then. We came back, were told they are still waiting for people to leave to accommodate our group. 7:45pm the hostess gives us menus while we are waiting outside. 8:15pm the hostess tells us via the manager and chef that they can't accommodate us because they don't have enough food us. Not blaming the hostess at all, since she was just the messenger and just taking orders. But horrible service on part of the manager and chef. Especially for not even coming out to apologize.

Pizza and fish tacos are OK not great! We were looking for a great pizza place but this one ain't it. Service was friendly and great, no complaints there. Cesar was crisp and fresh and they gave us extra dressing when asked. Pep pizza was average, a bit overdone, nothing special. The fish tacos were super dry, the fish was way overdone, bland, dry, we ate a few bites and meh... The reviews all rave about the fettuccine, so try that, but stay away from the pizza and fish tacos, not worth it.

OK but would not come back. The service was great and the cashier was nice but the food is overpriced for what it is.I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken while my boyfriend ordered the Florence fettuccine. Our grand total came out to $66.04. Both of our pasta sauce was very liquid-like, it was milky and bland. 5 pieces of garlic bread was provided complementary upon us. The food was expensive for what it is, otherwise everything else was ok.

We had Ono fish tacos and bacon artichoke farfalle. They were delicious and the service was excellent. The food came out quickly as well.

Super delicious pasta! I wanted the garlic prawn pasta but with marinara and they were able to make it. I asked for it spicy and they made it exactly to my liking. I think I'm the only one in the universe who doesn't know what prawn is lol! My friends had the the pizza and pasta and loved the pizza more! Both my husband and I paid 40 bucks for our meals!
It was hard to get hold of them for a reservation. I had Congolese linquini that was absolutely superb. I spooned up every drop of sauce for the flavor. My granddaughter ordered ravioli with red sauce and sausage. Her red sauce was very strange. Ashe are about half the ravioli keeping it out of the sauce and threw away the rest. While I loved mine, I would probably avoid it with others

We went at 6pm for dinner and they didn’t have pizza, dessert, or any salads available. The portions were also a little on the small side but tasted pretty good.PSA: You have to pay for water, there’s no free tap water available.

Definitely was excited to try this was as I had high expectations. Our group was but caught off guard that it was not a traditional sit down resturant and they didn't sell alcohol. Pasta was solid. I had the fettuccine alfredo and it was solid. Some items were sold out so be prepared for that. Glad we checked it out and the folks running the place were very nice.

Stopped by and picked up dinner to go. Was pretty good overall. Service was fast enough and the food was good. It's Italian food on Maui, not Florence, so I was happy with it. Was a good respite from the traditional fare we've been enjoying. Glad we stopped by. Wasn't super busy tonight. There isn't a lot of seating but we were planning on taking out anyway. Staff was friendly.
