Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! They never open on time. They are supposed to open at 8 am, 8:20 and still not open. Then they never open the drive thru on time so you go in to order, they very first customer in the door, then they open the drive thru and take the drive thru order before they take the orders from customers that had to walk in because the drive thru wasn't open. Absolutely unacceptable. Thr malr manager that works there is the worst, never opens on time, sandwiches like the croissant breakfast ones look smashed as if its old but yet you were the very first customer. They need to do better, especially when there are other cheaper options in the vicinity. If I owned this franchised location, I would hire new managers. Ones who are punctual first off, and ones who truly care about the quality of product and service that is provided.

Closed by 9:20pm instead of 10pm like advertised. Was starving having this as a last resort and boom come behind the last car in line. Waited for a little just to see if it was a mistake. Parked checked the door for times, 10pm is what’s listed for drive thru. Called the store when I left and they said “we are open”. I said then why is there a cone blocking the drive thru after the last car. She replies “ I don’t know ma’am we’re busy , I don’t know who put a cone”. There was another truck that came right after me that didn’t get to feed his family. Is this a daily occurrence if so that’s crazy . Just needed to have this uploaded lol - hangry . Had to include the timestamp too bc that’s just sad

Had signs up for food they didn't offer. The worked also seemed confused about things we asked for. But its burger king so my expectations weren't very high to begin with.

Charged us for a more expensive burger, then told us it was not available so gave us a cheaper one, but didn't refund the difference.
Nice clean place to have a good meal. And one of a few places left that that not milking you to give them a tip.

Alright, it’s a fast food chain, but I’ve got to put in a good word particularly for the fish sandwich. It makes for a filling and not-too-expensive lunch. The ladies serving and cooking get your order to you fast and it all tastes good. Go ahead…Have your burger your way.
