We decided to eat inside. The drink machine was down (closed off at least) and they didn't mention that, or that they don't do free refills, so a small drink with a meal didn't go very far. Also, we ordered an Oreo milkshake and it was almost $8 (!) and they put it in the smallest cup and said it's only "one size," (the picture shows it much different) so that didn't go very far either and we needed to order another. Chicken nuggets only come in kid's meals(?). No napkins or sauces out so you have to ask for every single thing and the lady behind the counter seems inconvenienced every single time. Restrooms are on lock and key so you need to ask for that, too, and they will literally unlock it for you. Not sure how they get away with all that but it's the most expensive, least hospitable fast food I've been to in the nicest place.

I've always liked the whopper. Oh, you want cheese on that, 5 bucks extra.Good luck parking in the front, employees ALWAYS park in customer parking.Only Doctors and Burger King Employees park up front.The breakfast croissants are yummy but the price jumped from $6 for 2 up to $9 for 2. Fries tend to be rushed and mushy. I still go there but not as often as I used to. I truly hope BK recovers, I'd miss it if they shut down.

Your Lahaina restaurant never has anyone at the counter which leads to me sitting there for five ish minutes just to order than waiting another ten for a Teri whopper that has almost zero Teri sauce

Good customer service from Matthew today when we went through the drive thru with our pups for a quick burger. He was friendly, professional, made sure we had the sauces we like and was just generally helpful and happy. Mahalo Matthew :)Burger King is pricey on island as they don't offer mainland specials, and they are more expensive than McDs but I do prefer their fries, plus their fish burger is much bigger and tastier.

It's sad when you walk in the staff gets mad cause they have to work. When we were there she got mad and threw the mop and then threw the mop bucket on the floor and water went everywhere including our table where we were eating and then she cussed and my 7 year old grandson was there and I asked please don't say that around him and she laughed and said it again. So I won't be going back.

It’s 9.45 pm now, the dine in is already closed when the opening time was showing that the restaurant was closing at 10 pm (we arrived at 9.25 pm)Nobody welcomed us from the drive trough window.One of the ladies was happily checking her phone ignoring us, another one told us to go back to the beginning of the drive trough path and order from there, once there she turned on the microphone and the speaker and she said that we were not allowed to order because we were not on a car.Only after we insisted, we were able to get our sandwich.Never Again

Stopped by for quick bite before ziplining. The store was clean & staff friendly. Food just ok French toast stick was piping hot, but it was fried & lacked the fluffy spongy texture of real french toast. croissant sandwich was adequate but only luke warm, the texture was pasty & staled instead of soft & buttery. Side of hash brown was adequate. $9.79 for a croissant combo meal is ridiculous.

So just went here for a quick snack. Very surprised this medium(?) chocolate shake was $7.59. At least the fries were fresh and hot. Probably won't be back, other places better and less expensive. No wonder it wasn't busy at all.

Visiting the Island (late June 2022) and needed a quick bite for the family. Pleasantly surprised to find the ordered items to be quite tasty & plentiful. The Whopper was like the original size from my days growing up - HUGE - not like the downsized ones in CA & NV. Excellent tasting. Wife's chicken sandwich was tasty as well. Best of all, the fries were hot right out of the fryer and the quality of the potato was obvious to all of us. Highly Recommend.

This location does not participate in the specials that are advertised nationwide. You pay FULL PRICE for everything! We used to patronize this place because we thought 2 whoppers for $8 was a deal! Then it went up 2 for $9, then 2 for $10, and now it's 2 for $11 and the whopper was taken off of this special!!!! No deal! Rather go to McDonald's cause they honor all the specials advertised!
