Got the Buffalo Chicken Wings. They were served very fast, tasted excellent and so were the fries - highly recommend as a visitor from Colorado.

We ordered the prime rib sandwich and a side of potato mac salad. The sandwich comes with seasoned fries and a lot of them! The side of potato mac salad was also much larger than expected and this meal could easily be shared. We wish we knew that before ordering 2 of everything. We did split the sandwich, fries, and potato Mac salad and the other meal will be shared tomorrow for lunch.
Now that the quantity is out of the way, let’s talk about the food!
The prime rib sandwich was delicious with a generous portion of meat, cheese, and sautéed onions with au jus on the bread. As mentioned, the fries are seasoned. The potato macaroni salad was good and I enjoyed it—but I’m no local and have only had it on Oahu twice.
Atmosphere—I’m giving 3 stars but it’s for the food truck park in general. The tables are dirty, so if you eat here you may want to have some wipes handy.

Had the best pork ribs on Maui, so tender and delicious, we went back another day. Seriously though, the guys make wonderful ribs and pulled pork. Perfect to grab and take with you the next day for lunch on the beach after snorkeling.
We will definitely be back next year!
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids... options for everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Might be tough for wheel chairs as the sight is gravel.

Employee not super friendly, food was a miss. The meats were good, that's it. Not worth it. Way too many other options. If I had seen these reviews first we wouldn't have wasted our money. Sadly..

Best prime rib I’ve had for $20 in a long time. Had great options for sides, the Mac salad was a bit bland and dry, but taste was good. Gravel parking lot sucks for wheelchair accessibility.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible for a street style manual chair. 1 inch not compact gravel lot. Got stuck at the gate but got some help to get back out to the side walk.

Prime rib is better than most high-end steakhouses. The sides (had potato mac + coleslow) were pretty good, but nothing overly special...but prime rib made it all worth it. Super flavorful and juicy!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst place ever. Please shut this place down. Rude people and just very gross food. I love food trucks but this was my first bad experience with one. Lesson learned read the reviews first.

We had dinner at the Chunky Paniolo food truck, and it was great! Tonight, we both ordered the prime rib with a side of Greek salad and mixed vegetables (corn and green beans).
Overall, everything was really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. If you’re looking for a satisfying and flavorful dinner, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. The prime rib is delicious. The Kalua pork is delicious. The ribs are super tender (I'm not saying delicious only because I don't particularlylove BBQ sauce in general and the other options here are imo better). We ate here 2 times in a row despite lots of options around.

Pulled pork sandwich, great smoked flavor, loved the pineapple slaw inside. Came with spicy seasoned fries.

I’m sorry, but don’t waste your money. 1/2 chicken was ok, nice flavor but dry, my hubby got the prime rib sandwich, it was like biting into rubber, he had to throw out the bread as the meat ratio to bread was bad. I asked for soy sauce for the white rice, it was too dry. No soy sauce said they had none. So I choked it down with a soda, and the veggie's, Oh my word. It’s canned beans with corn. Rubbery and mush. Don’t bother! We really like supporting local business as opposed to hotel restaurants. But for $20+ per meal you’ve got to do better. Save your money. I felt as though they know it’s a tourist attraction so why even bother to try as it’s a new day tomorrow, and take advantage of the customer. The guy taking our order just acted uninterested, not friendly or welcoming, my hubby wanted to try the pulled pork sandwich and he said they’d sold out, not recommending anything else. Now I know why. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The worst “ribs” I have ever had for $27. What they serve def isn’t ribs, more like just a random cut of meat.
