Amazing people - my first stop in Maui and we really felt the aloha here! So impressed with the food here! The meats were tender and cooked perfectly. We could really tell the amount of pride that went into every dish. They have a small area to sit that is shared with other trucks. Mahalo for the Ono eats ~Aloha

Food here is so good! I first tried them back when they were in Lahaina. Then they had one at wailuku not sure if they still have it though. They also just opened one here in Kahului. I have tried their pancit, roast pork belly and garlic shrimp and it's good really good. My other half can't wait to try it also, so we will be seeing you guys soon.

Wow! Just stumbled across this food truck on Yelp! I was craving roast pork and this was the first place that popped up. Absolutely delicious. Became my favorite food truck just after trying this meal. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

I hate to leave a review like this, but I have to because I don't want others to experience the same thing I did. I had the Chinese roast pork and pork adobo with rice and pancit bihon for $18. All of which are my favorite foods. The roast pork was all fat with barely any meat on it. The adobo was so hard it was difficult to chew and flavor was lacking. The bihon had no flavor either and was mostly just noodles. The scoop of rice was ridiculously small that I almost went to Minit Stop for more. The plate looked nothing like the pictures on the side of the truck. I also ordered two drinks, a can of Pepsi and a bottle water. When the young guy at the window gave me my total he said $23. I thought to myself, dang the water and can of soda was $5??!! Okay, my fault for not asking how much the drinks were. I gave the guy a $50 bill, only to get $25 in change. Wth??!!! Come on man, learn some math or get off the register. And thanks for tipping yourself with my money. This was my first and last time here. My $25 lunch (which I didn't finish) was so disappointing that I don't even want to give them a second chance or try anything else. When I want Filipino food, I'll stick to Vidad's and Philmart in Kihei. These guys can't compete with their Filipino food and prices, trust me. And bonus: they know math. Sad to say this place is overrated.

Took 4 people from work there and paid almost $90 Very expensive for a food truck. I had the pork adobo and was very disappointed. It was very tasteless, semi dry and not much gravy after I asked for extra gravy twice. I'll probably make my own adobo next time

This food truck, was sooo good. I hadn't heard of it as it was previously located in Lahaina. We will be back, it was very good across the board. I had the mochico chicken & the garlic shrimp with pancit & green salad. Michele had the Chinese roasted pork belly & the pork adobo... all was very tasty. We will be back

Had the combo of chicharon and pork adobo. It was pork day for me! Flavorful, not oily, and left with a clean finish in the mouth! Portions were good, will be back to try more!

Really good food at reasonable prices for a food truck. If it was possible to give it 4.5 I would. Food truck prices are always elevated (although I don't know why). But here it's reasonable.especially for what you get. Love the variety at this Asian food truck that has everything from Chinese Roast Pork to Kalbi Beef to Yakitori to Filipino Pancit. And all of it done well. Be warned no seating. Truly a take out place. FOOD: Great variety! Rice and Mac salad were really good. Loved the roast pork which was juicy and tasty. Salmon dynamite was tasty and not overcooked as so often happens at other places. Wish there was a bit more sauce but loved the flavor. Kalbi ribs were good (but not outstanding). Definitely worth it. SERVICE: Great again! Very friendly and well packaged. Serving sizes were good but not overwhelming. For 5-stars I'd want more bang for the buck but hard to complain. Presentation was very good. COST: A bit high overall but again for a food truck very reasonable. It's just that all food trucks tend to run high.

Not a review for food or service. We went there because the hours posted on Yelp indicated it was open. We made the drive and it was closed.

Great new place I stumbled upon looking for a quick bite to eat for a late dinner. Got the baked salmon dynamite, BBQ stick and a small garlic shrimp and rice. They are located at the Shell gas station parking lot on the north side of Honoapiilani highway and Lahainaluna. All food and no beverages. If you need something to quench your thirst then you'll have to grab something inside the gas station. The salmon was delicious. Probably made it moreso because I was starving. It was cooked to flaky perfection and reminded me of a deconstructed salmon roll of some sort with a baked-on sauce finished with drizzles of the other sauces.

What makes Da Sorianos so special is there undeniable strength in the face of devastation. Having their flagship truck gone in an instant during the Lahaina Fires, has been heartbreaking to say the least. But despite that, they continue to feed our hearts, bellies and souls.Come support these survivors and their inspiring journey to recover.

Our group of 5 ate there late July before the fire. The food was terrific. I had the garlic shrimp, which was fresh and delicious. We all enjoyed our food and days later we returned, because we wanted to eat there again and try their Halo-Halo. It's a real Filipino treat, with a mix of different flavors, not super sweet. It's hard to find good Halo-Halo. Don't miss your chance!

Tried them at both the Sunday night market in Kahului and at their Lahaina food truck location. Food is Filipino cuisine but a little elevated. Pork dishes are clean and don't taste oily! Food comes out within 10 minutes. Card and cash accepted. Lahaina location has tables to eat at. Menu is pretty extensive with an option to make a mixed plate.

Everything here was amazing and this is one of the first places I would eat at again and try more of their menu if I returned to Maui.We built our own GrindZ with Garlic Shrimp and Chicken Adobo, with sides of pansit and Mac salad. Garlic shrimp very flavorful, just tail on, easy to eat and tasted delicious. We got recommended chicken adobo over pork adobo, either would probably be excellent and the chicken was the best entree of the meal. Robust flavor in every part of the chicken as you bite it off of the bone. A bit messy to eat, yeah but worth it for the taste. Pansit side is a glass noodle mixture with sliced veggies, okay as a side and a nice variation from the always available Mac salad. Speaking of which the one here is good. This is perhaps the most forgettable part of the meal, just because everything was better. We also tried the Baked Salmon Dynamite, which is a dynamite roll but on top of salmon filets. Large fish portions, lots of chili aioli sauce and Furikake, rich flavor. Rice was unimpressive as a side, get something else.We finished with Halo Halo dessert (which they pronounced like hollow rather than an angelic halo). It is picture worthy, but they said it's name means that it needs to get mixed up and it's best to stir well/vigorously to combine all flavors. Refreshing, a fun cornucopia of different sliced fruits, the two scoops of Ube ice cream and flan took it to a nice overall sweetness level, would not change a thing and definitely get it again.
