I did a dine-in in denny's with my family it was horrible. The people were not the best to deal with, and it took them 2 whole hours to get us our first meal. The food was great, but the service horrible. They then gave us the wrong meal completely different from what we ordered. I ordered a slam burger and got eggs instead. Then on the bill charged us for something we didn't even order. The whole thing was confusing. I was in denny's for 3 whole hours, and it still didn't deliver. If I were you I would steer away from denny's lahaina, maui in my opinion.

It was Great! The atmosphere was a vibe to be in and I love the food it is delicious, ESPECIALLY the SMOOTHIE ?. I love the smoothie so much that I got myself another one. The customer service was very welcoming and considerate. I hope to be there again next time.

Ohhhh man I would personally say that THIS Denny’s would be a ideal place to hold meetings, meetings with old friends trying to catch up, or best friends that has tea to spill. I can personally say this is a good atmosphere to spend some quality time with friends especially since it’s not that quite busy. The service is so good, our server Chris was so nice broo, I kid you not he was so fast despite being the only one server working that night, but his timing was always so good . Me and my friends spend a good 2 hours there laughing our heads out, eating good, and catching up with each our lives. The food was alright but man I was full, I LOVE the dessert ?‍? 10/10 would recommend to all my sweet tooth’s. The place was clean and all good, but the only flaw on this Dennys is that they are short staffed I believe they need more cooks at the workplace but besides any of that I would ten out of ten would recommend….

I'll start with the good. It's very nice inside looks clean the food is what you expect from dennys. Now the bad the service is terrible. The waitress forgets what she went to pick up on the way to pick it up. We wanted salads but for some reason none was available. We watched 3 customers come in wait to be seated then wait too long and just got up and left. The place was empty. Your waitress is terrible she should not be waiting tables. Not only ridiculously slow but would bring out the wrong things. We asked for ranch about 6 times and were finally told that it was out and she would make some later. At her pace it might be a month before we see it. I'll post pictures so you have an idea how busy it was. I don't get how a manager can't see what's happening here and correct the problem.

We waited to be seated for 10 mins and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The grumpy hostess did get us drinks when we sat down, but then we didn’t have a waiter for another 20 mins. Once we did get a waiter to come, he told us he was off the clock but would go ahead and get our order. This made me want to get up and leave, but we were hungry so just ordered. Another waiter came at this point and he was nice and trying to make things right. It took another 30 mins to get our food and only half the table got their meals and the other meals took another 15 mins. It was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time, but the food was decent at least.

Don't bother. We thought this would be quick in and out on the way to some events. The staff just walks by everyone in line and stares at them. The poor guy who was trying to pay his tab had been standing there for 20 mins and the best he could get from any staff was a side eye and "we're working on it". This was 10:00 a.m in a Wednesday. The place looked staffed and there were maybe 20 heads at tables and 4 8 of us in line, hardly a crush We attempted to sit at the counter and that's when the staff suddenly has a little motivation in the form of "NO". Apparently counter is wait seating too.

Asked for the BLT & E that showed on the site, server said they didn't serve that anymore. Asked for Fruit punch- they did not have it.Finally asked for brown gravy side, was told they did not have it. What gives?My food was oily, hash browns were raw, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.I don't understand what is going on but it needs to change.

New location with a nice interior setup. However...My first impression is what appeared to be a grumpy aunty behind the counter at the front entrance. We were seated at our table and the service was quite a slow pace. It took about 20 mins to get our order taken, another 15 mins to get coffee and an additional 25+ mins for the food -- this includes the restaurant being much less than half capacity with three servers.The food we ordered was okay at best. The hashbrowns, however, were severely overcooked. One of our plates was incomplete. In addition, I recommend for you to confirm that you received your full order, and if not, double-check your bill before going up front to pay to make sure they removed any items you didn't receive. When we were given the bill, we were charged for two items that were not served and had to bring it back to the waitress' attention to rectify it. This probably could have been avoided if she had least checked on how our food was.All in all, the kids enjoyed eating the pancakes, so you got that.

I went in for a quick lunch and didn’t even have someone come to my table until 30 minutes after I sat down. When I came in two other tables already had food so I’m not sure why the waitress didn’t come to my table. I watched he stop at every single table except mine multiple times. Someone else from the back had to come up to take my order. Then it was another 45 minutes before I could find anyone to get my check. The staff walked by multiple times and just completely ignored me. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was pretty crazy to wait that long on a slow afternoon.

The best dennys I’ve ever had. I’m from California and this is way better! Chris did an amazing job serving us. Couldn’t ask for a better meal and customer service.

We had dinner here twice as it was one of the only food joint which was open late night. it was a little short-staffed, so the service was pretty slow. But our waiter was handling everything quite well and kept us updated on the timeline. The food was okay.

Great customer service. So understandable when it comes to slow service, obvious understaffing but they still make it work. Chris and Bar gave such great service and made sure to take care of us. I hope this place gets busy more often and more staffing for sure. Overall, such a homey environment.

Kid-friendliness: Made sure the kids got their food first. Such a convenience for the parents. Also, gave free goldfish!

We had our family to Maui for family vacation and had to make 8 people happy with food. It was very cheaper and fantastic tasting. We meet with the owner and he was very friendly and very helpful ? we hope to be be back!
