The tastiest Pho, the best value, with generous portions. It’s all about the broth when comes to Pho… it was perfectly seasoned with balanced spices, nothing overwhelms, just pure, clear, delicious broth. I wish she can just bottle and sell the broth itself!!! We love it so much we went back again the next day. We had combination, flank, chicken, and veggies Phos. #greatvalue#goodservice #tastiestbroth#mauibestnoodles

Waited for 1 and half an hour for 1 pho and 1 fried rice. I don’t understand why it took so long for them to prepare the food. Everyone in around was mad about the slowness. Definitely an issue about the management. Also from their reply below, no sense of any apology or issue solving at all. That’s what we can’t accept.

No. I already had a table and my drink. Went to the test room... they gave away my table!!! The woman wasn't apologetic at all and told me I had to wait. A young couple got there after me, asking for a table. Same woman told them they didn't have anything. No greetings, no apology, no waiting time, nothing! Worst manners I've ever seen. So we're standing there, a group of like 4 comes to the door, a table frees up... yes, she gave it to them!!!! Hahaha we're at fault for continuously making business with these people!

The pho here is not good. The soup is dark and overspiced which means they’re over-boiling and spoiling the broth. The brisket was sliced with the grain making it tough to chew. I would say this is not similar to a good pho on the continent. However, the bbq pork was good and I would recommend eating that if you must eat Vietnamese food in Lahaina. Service was slow despite it being mid-afternoon and food came with a scowl. If you’re a foodie don’t eat here.

Nice pho in town. The spicy beef pho is great. The soup is sour and spicy. The shrimp papaya salad is fresh.

Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. The family has been in Hawaii for 30 years after leaving VN. I’m so glad that we came back to try after we passed by the other day.- Cafe Du Monde & Nguyen Coffee for Cafe Sua Da- Kumquat Lime drink SO REFRESHING- Pho Dac Biet has all delicious and fresh ingredients, nothing over cookedIf you’re looking for the perfect hangover cure, this pho will bring you back to life.Cám on nhieu!!! ❤️

Food was OK.We order some soups and the ratio of protein with noodles was a joke. It had around 5 cups of noodles vs 2 spoons of protein. The coffee was a bomb of sugar. You just couldn’t taste the coffee at all.The rolls were fine. And the service was bad. We waited around 45 minutes for food .We looked at the other tables from the restaurants next to this one and looked so much better, plus definitely their service was better than ours.

I have been traveling to the hawaiian islands for the past 16 years, and I finally found an authentic vietnamese restaurant!!The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors of all my dishes were very well balanced. ???? We will return the next time we are in Maui. The owner was very personable and would come out to check on our service and food. It felt more like a fine dining experience than an authentic vietnamese restaurant. Many of the small businesses are suffering in Maui and their neighboring islands and help support local small businesses.

Delicious! We got Cha Gio (fried Vietnamese spring roll), Pho Dat Biet (combination pho) and Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup). Everything tasted fresh and cozy! If you order the Bun Bo Hue, be aware that it is definitely quite spicy, so if you can take some heat, highly recommend it. We topped everything off with a Vietnamese iced coffee, so refreshing! Chatted up with the boss lady and she told us they just took over the business (used to be Saigon 808) 4 months ago and her and her partner cleaned up the place to what is now Huong Nam. We are super thankful to have this restaurant as a dinner option other than Paia Fish Market. Will come back for sure!

Delicious food, generous portions, and amazing service!! Coming from Seattle, my husband and I thought we'd be hard-pressed finding authentic pho, but we were not disappointed at all! Everything from the broth, to the meat, to the pho noodles were cooked to perfection. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife who genuinely care about their customers - we will definitely be back before heading home to Seattle!

This place is really good, better than even the vietnamese restaurants in california . We had appetizer sampler and pho , both delicious . Great to have a break from Hawaiian food and eat some hot soup

Great Vietnamese food! We ordered pho and a vegetarian vermicelli dish. Everything was delicious; they make the pho broth from scratch. Owner and staff very friendly as well.
