Waited for a long time, ~40 minutes, to get our entree after our salads. That to me is not acceptable especially when the restaurant wasn't fully occupied. Also our entrees were just a lobster roll and poke.

Great evening at the Hale Mo'olelo! Loved the ambiance with the lights and music! The musician was very good, friendly and came over to our table and thanked us when we tipped him. Food was really good. Our waiter was very nice, very busy with other tables. All in all a very enjoyable evening!

The server was good but run off his feet, had to wait for the bill. Go for the amazing entertainment, a one man singing show, who talk story about Lahaina, and shows you the true spirit of Maui. You can also donate to the Maui Strong fund while dinning. The sunset from your table totally worth the few uneven moments.

My daughter ate here for her 30th birthday and it was exceptional! We both had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. The ambience was amazing. Service was great.

Decided to go here on a whim and had a great time. Bret was our bartender/server. We sat at the bar and he was so professional, nice, and engaging. He was moving the entire time. Very quick to help and clean the seats next to us. I was so impressed with him! I had the burger and my husband had the fish tacos. All 5 stars from us. Thanks Bret!

Nice outdoor setting at the Westin. The major disappointment here was that they had one waitress for about 12-15 tables. Service was slow as a result, and it took them about an hour after we sat down to even take our food order. The food itself was fine but almsot everything we ordered was under-salted and under-seasoned. A fairly underwhelming experience.
Very casual, i do not recommend for special occasions. You get drinks in plastic cups, even the champagne glasses. Did not offer any refills on my ginger-ale. The live music sucked... Made a reservation for my father's birthday and left with disappointment. The food you get here all looks the same drenched in sauce, but surprisingly tastes good. Our server was very nice and caring but it seemed like there was staff shortage for him to be attentive.

Our server was great, however his support, bussers and runners, were terrible. Our server was stretched and we sometimes asked a support person to help; they did nothing, not even notify our server we needed something. It seemed like war between them. When our server visited our table and we asked about our request, he knew nothing and immediately helped us. Kudos to him, but the rest of the staff need to join the team.
