Personally, I found the HCCompany expensive, even for Hawaii, and the food sort of middle of the road (the yogurt parfait/granola cups were not very good at all), the staff were pleasant, but didn’t give you the impression they cared whether you came or went, and the coffee was (this was over 4 visits) lukewarm (until I figured out you had to ask for it ‘extra hot’. I also noted that they didn’t seem to be able to steam the breve (half & half) to get it to the right normal temperature without fluffing it up so much there was mostly foam (so then you have to add (cold) half-and-half from the countertop and it cools the drink (e. g. a Mocha) down even more). … … And, I guess they want to set themselves apart from the ‘easy listening’ Hawaiian music playing everywhere else, so the played some (to me) inappropriate ‘high energy’ music that was kind of jarring when you first walked in.

They were accommodating, however, when my wife dropped her hot chocolate, and gave us another for free.

So, maybe I’ve being too harsh. But, they could up their game a bit and stop with the request for 22% tip for just doing their counter job.

The coffee was good. I got this several mornings while staying at the Hyatt. I got the Hawaiian Latte it was a nice smooth sweet drink. They also had beans available for purchase in the front of the store. They also had some clothes for sale including t shirts, swim shirts, hats. The service was friendly and quick. I did not get any food.

Stopped here for a latte. $10 for a 16-ounce drink. It tasted fine, but the price is ridiculous. They push the narrative that things are expensive because of shipping, but that’s not the real story—imported beans are relatively cheap, and the markup here is pure tourist gouging. Aloha spirit at its finest.

The place was jam-packed in the morning, which only adds to the frustration. Staff weren’t particularly friendly either, which makes the steep pricing sting even more. Nothing about the experience feels welcoming—more like getting taken advantage of.

Overall: the coffee is good, but not worth the cost or the attitude.

Not even close to good for an açaí bowl for Hawaii as it needed to thaw out. Worth going to Island Vintage Coffee.

Stopped at Honolulu Coffee a couple of times during our stay at the Hyatt, the service wasn’t attentive and they hardly listened to you as you’re ordering and rush you through questions related to their menu. The 2 drinks we got were drinkable but wasn’t pleasurable. The second time we got a regular latte with vanilla and then an açaí bowl. Probably the worst açaí bowl I’ve had on the island. The location is great for guests who need their caffeine fix but I would avoid otherwise.

The acai bowls are amazing.

pretty overpriced, but everything on Maui is. The worst part was the acai bowl- it was way too frozen. Toppings were abundant though.Fyi Coffee and croissant/slice of banana bread will set you back $9 each. Convenient though since we stayed at Hyatt regency maui

I frequented this coffee shop when I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Maui late May. The coffee choices on menu were abundant and each time I tried something different with iced coffee it was always delicious and smooth.Service was excellent with friendly attentive staff that even remade my coffee as I failed to tell them I needed non dairy creamer. One morning I went down and tried the acai bowls and wow were they delicious amd healthy! Only downside was I should have asked how big they were. They were too big for me to finish and my partner and I could have saved money and split one.But the ingredients were fresh and didn’t skimp in the amounts of berries, nuts, or other toppings. Was my first time trying these and was delicious. So convenient having such a nice coffee place with options available right in the resort.

Stopped in every morning for my morning coffee and afternoon to-go cup. Loved the different items for purchase that could be kept in the room for snacking. Definitely loved being able to purchase coffee to bring home.

My iced latte with oat milk was 9 dollars. Don’t go here— they’re just taking advantage of tourists.
