We came back to Java Jazz a few times during our stay! The smoothies are UNREAL, and we got the alfredo pasta which was pretty good!! They had live music which was really fun.

Absolutely the best Loco Moco I’ve ever had and, I am a connoisseur of fine Loco Moco! Delicious with the home made gravy with mushrooms and red onions. The place looks like a dive inside but that’s what makes it cool! Check this place out!

It's a Cozy looking place, but unless you have 1.5h to spare, I would not recommend it. The place was not busy, and it took over 90min for breakfast to be served.

Not a fan. Took over 10 minutes before a service came to our table (was not busy). Took over 45 minutes for a pasta dish and sandwiches to come out. We didn’t have high hopes waking in…..our fault for waiting until last minute to figure out what we wanted to eat. They had live music which wasn’t bad but the bartender made a rude comment to the gentleman about his singing and how he mumbles. Not sure if he was being sarcastic towards him but for customers not from the area it was rude and awkward. Menu mentions specifications on your Parmesan cheese since it’s added to eat pasta mean. Well I asked about it and said yes I would like some…..well my meal only tasted like that. Not sure how breakfasts or lunch is but I would skip for dinner. Food trucks across the street are way better.

The food was good. They were short staffed but you wouldn't have known it. The service was quick and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and it was delicious. The atmosphere is kinda funky. We spent a lot of time looking around at all the oddities in every nook and crany.

Yes this place has character ( if you think unwashed tables with marker all over them are cool) and the food is alright. But it feels filthy from the moment you walk in with the dirty smell, unsanitary walls and dirty washrooms. The walls are so dirty I was afraid I will get a disease just looking at them. The washroom was extremely unsanitary and the toilet had a huge poop in it, your hands are much cleaner before the bathroom trust me. The servers are not properly dressed with stains all over their shirts ( one was wearing underwear ) and the service is full of nasty attitude. The waiter did not bother coming to the table but yelled from behind the bar instead. It took a long time to take the order and get the bill. The waitress was not very nice and very condescending. Not the best experience if you are used to a clean atmosphere or courteous service.

Had their late-riser breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancake. The eggs were really generous and nicely cooked, the bacon crispy, and the pancake covered the plate. Nicely done. All of the staff were friendly and regularly checked to see if we needed anything.We will definitely be back.

Very nice bar/grill close to resorts. We had the very tasty kalua pork sandwich with onions and cabbage served with fantastic fries. Cold beer. There is a puppy guarding the door. If you leave your credit card there (as I did) they will hold on to it for you. Thanks

Very good food, great eclectic atmosphere! Only drawback was service was a little slow- not terrible- and there isn't AC and was very hot and stuffy after an 85 degree day. Would definitely go again when we make it back to Maui. We had the spinach salad and fettuccine Alfredo with vegetables.
