We've always enjoyed JM's subs, but never impressed with its service. As locals, we've always supported this store because we figured much like many other businesses, they're suffering from labor shortages. But poor employee behavior is totally inexcusable. Because the call-in orders are habitually late, we started to place our orders 45 minutes ahead of time, even if the website indicated a 15-minute wait. Today, we did the same just to arrive and not see our order 45 minutes after it was placed. When my wife discussed this with the bearded guy behind the counter, he snapped at her and told her she didn't have to remind him when the order was placed. Really? Being rude to your customer is your best approach to your customer service failure? Lesson learned!

Always a good choice. Looks like past people complained about the wait. They seem to have taken it to heart and have a good amount on staff now. A safe bet for good sandwich.
