No one there maybe 3 tables, had an odor that was off putting. Food wasn't bad, but the mai tai was awful!!!

Excellent attentive kind service we were all so impressed by this little treasure in the neighbourhood! Couldn't have been better service! Food was very good. I was sad the prime rib and kalbi ribs were sold out at 7 pm. But did enjoy the garlic shrimp with Mac salad and white rice. My friends were also fans of the grilled mahi sandwich and tempura mahi sandwich. We will def be back!

Hawaiian soup was fabulous and was a full meal. My wife had the shrimp tacos that were very good as well. Beautiful courtyard. Wish the windows opened so the restaurant was more open air service was good and food came out quickly.

Great laid back NYE options for our family. Service was good, food came out in a timely manner and our waitress was funny, engaging and made us feel at home.

My husband and I made a reservation for this place since it was so close to where we were staying. Upon entering, the girl at the host stand appeared very busy and did her best trying to seat everyone quickly. We were seated after a few minutes and served water quickly. We waited at least 10 minutes before I finally got someone's attention so we could order. The person who took our order didn't appear to be our server but said he could take it. The food came out rather quickly and was tasty. I ordered the poke bowl and my husband ordered the loco moco. As we were eating, someone came to our table to deliver drinks that we didn't order. Shortly after, someone else came to deliver someone else's meal (which happened after we were already done eating). We were ready to pay and the guy who took our order was nowhere in sight. I caught another server's attention and said we were ready to pay. He said he would go get the person. After waiting another 10 minutes, another server finally came by and said that our server was busy, but that she could help us.

While the food was good, I wouldn't come back to this place based on the service alone. They didn't appear to know what was going on and seemed to be short staffed. We went to dinner at 7:00 PM on a Monday night.

Loved it there 3 years ago, but it seemed sadly unprepared to be open and have some menu items readily available this time. The server was very nice, however.

Pros: Polite customer service staff, convenience restrooms, and large portions.
Cons: Only two desserts, and few wine options.

This was our first time to Maui, saw reviews for this place and they seemed pretty normal for most restaurants. Figured we'd give it a try since it was close to where we were staying. Started out ok, server was nice and bubbly. Ordered some drinks, my daughter got a mocktail, the rest of us actual drinks. My daughter and I's came out first..they were exactly the same, even though our server told us mine had rum and hers didn't. There was no rum in mine, and if there was it was a drop at most. On to dinner.. we all placed our orders, mind you we've now been sitting at 20+ minutes since our drinks came out. Placed our orders. 20 mins go by, no food, no server, no nothing. Finally she comes back again to inform us that 2 of our orders could not be fulfilled because they ran out of the chicken to make it. We place new alternative orders.... Another 20 mins go by... my daughter and I get our plates and we're told the others are on the way... 20 more mins go by, they bring a salad out for my husband and again we're told the rest will be right up. By this time my daughter and I start in on our meals, mediocre, to say the least. At least another 20 mins go by and our son finally gets his meal. My husband then again is still waiting on his actual meal, by this time the wait staff are obviously ignoring us, because I'm sure they could tell we were getting a little frustrated. After about another 10 mins, my husband finally speaks up to inquire about his meal, by this time the rest of us are done and waiting on his food so he can eat. Server tells him yet again, that his food is on the way. At this point, my husband, hungry and frustrated tells our server to forget about it and just bring us our bill. This again takes at least 10 more minutes, and they had the nerve to charge us for everything, no apologies, no anything. $125. Honestly, this was the WORST restaurant experience we've ever had. Do not waste you time or money here.

The hostess and server were very personable. The server was overworked so there were some delays but she apologized and had a great attitude. The food was disappointing-the chicken was very “grisly” which made it unappetizing. The rice was “globby,” and tasted like minute rice made by a kid at home. The rest of the food was ok-nothing worth noting. We would not come back.

Not very busy. Asked our waitress Maui what she recommended. My food came out wrong and my guests were done with their food by the time mine came. This is attached to a motel.

Visited twice. Once for happy hour and then for dinner.

The drinks here are outstanding and definitely worth giving a try. The fried items we tried - Calamari, Niu Shrimp were a bit oily although very tasty. The lemon garlic aioli with the calamari was great.
We also tried their nachos with poke which was decent too.

The portion sizes are big.

My wife and I went last year with another couple and we all liked it very much. It was much busier last year as well. We were seated closer to the kitchen and everything seemed nice for everyone. This year it was much different. Sprite and Diet Coke was brought out to the table and all the drinks tasted off somehow. The waiter was fine with comping the drinks and removing them from the table so no big issue there. However, one of the guys at our table ordered fish and chips... And the fries were awful. They weren't cooked all the way through and very soggy. Not worth eating at all. Several of the meals seemed somewhat warm, but not hot when they came out which was disappointing. I would have rated this place four stars last year, but it definitely was a worse experience this time.

We enjoyed our experience in the Tiki Bar. The bartender (Dori) was great and the Poke and drinks were super.

What a great place to have a Mai Tai. Its a nice casual bar, its dark and laidback. They played a great music selection of old school reggie.

Sadly, we were inform the building was sold and by the end of the week, it might be closed. Hopefully the new owners keeps this place open.
