YES an object traveling the longest possible path creates a mechanism also called the longest possible path.
One of the food trucks in the Maika’i market in the Maui Mall Village and possibly my favourite meal in Maui. Food is made to order so the pork was crispy, juicy and so tender. The fresh onion, tomato, and vinegar dipping sauce balanced the pork’s richness and fattiness beautifully. The people running it are friendly and clearly care that they are serving great food. Huge portion too - it served as both lunch and dinner! Would love to go back and try more things.

It's real hard to find Filipino food where I live so we had to get some food here. I had the grilled pompano, which took a while because they grilled it to order, but MAN it was SO GOOD. Flakey and crispy with that addicting smokey grill flavor. Paired with the fresh tomato and onion, it was a cycle of delicious-ness. Bite of grilled fish, bite of fresh tomato/onion, rinse & repeat. Add in a bite of rice to reset. My aunt got the crispy pork belly loco moco. The gravy goes real well with the lechon kawali, but it IS a really heavy meal. She was only able to eat about 1/3 of the plate, so it's great if you want leftovers! The Simply Local shop next door is a nice place to kill time while you wait for your food.

Really good Filipino food. Extra large servings! Freshly cooked so it was a bit of a wait but very much worth the time. Our group of 10 people really enjoyed all the dishes especially the grilled pork, pompano and bangus. Forgot to take photos of the food as we dug right in! Worth the trip! Jayboy himself cooked the dishes then came out to have a nice chat with our group. Friendly guy.
After a long wait for rental car at the airport the food at Kusina Ni Jayboy is a welcome treat. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

My ultra picky kid ate their pork skewers 3 times during our trip here.Decent price (12 tax in) for 3 skewers, 2 clumps of rice, and 2 eggs.

Had the pork belly with tomatoes and onions, food was amazing. Literally left Fleetwood’s because their lunch menu was boring. Jayboy’s photos alone had me sold. If you’re on the island, stop by your local food truck because that’s where the flavor is.
