Staff are very friendly and helpful. However their dole whip isn’t the right consistency from what the original is. Not sure if it was just tonight, but their machine is quite different, so suspect it maybe the norm. Definitely visit if you’re looking for any other products!! If you’re looking for dole whip I would recommend Lappert's Ice Cream / Lahaina Dole Whip across the street and down a block. Lost stars for Dole Whip, which was my main reason to visit.
Great pineapple Dole whip. Served in a frozen pineapple with a cherry on top, which can feed multiple people. Nice staff. Prepare for a wait in line, though. They also have boba tea, but people not ordering Dole whip were getting gelato. There are also some grab and go items available, too.
First time ever having Dole whip… really enjoyed it! The line was so long and took forever to move … a few employees just stood around and didn’t seem to be helping the customers. Not sure what the deal was?There were two girls who eventually came in to work and really stepped up! I really wanted to try the dole whip in a pineapple but they weren’t able to make that… pretty disappointing since we waited in line for about 45 mins
