Got a $17 pork adobado burrito which consisted of beans rice cheese (was extra) and pork. Flavor wasn’t really there, tasted a bit sweet for some reason. The pork was well cooked. The salsa was good but you only get one small container and because the burrito lacks flavor I tried to make up for it with the salsa, and ran out of salsa halfway through.

I requested a new one and the lady said it’s a $1 per container. I dunno but when you’re spending $17 on a burrito (without tip) I feel like you should get two containers of salsa. Just an eyeroll.

We ordered 50+ tacos for a family event, and they came through in top form. Linda's separated the tacos by type and broke them down into individual servings. Big hit with everyone in attendance, Chicken Tinga seemed to be the all around favorite.

Had the chicken tinga burrito and it was great. Super flavorful and their habanero sauce had good heat.

Part of a beautiful little food truck space, and they had live music when I went by during dinner time. The quesabirria tacos were delicious, and the staff were kind and prompt. Would definitely come again!

Charged 20$ for 3 Tacos and refused to give rice and beans which it said it came with. Flavor terrible and rude owner.

i found this food truck because my usual birria spot closed down. this lead to me repeatedly visiting this food truck throughout the summer because it is genuinely the best mexican cuisine i’ve ever had. i’ve been all around california and the bay area, and the birria tacos that i’ve had in my life have never compared to this. not only is the food absolutely stellar, but there is ONE lady who works the food truck. she takes your order, then turns around and makes it all herself. SO QUICKLY. WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. the service is amazing. all of the sides are amazingly seasoned and delicious. horchata is perfect. i’m so glad that my usual birria spot wasn’t there that day because i found an absolute gem. the CONSISTENCY of the quality blows my mind. please anyone, if you’re reading this, GO TO LINDAS KITCHEN AND GET BIRRIA TACOS.

I spent almost $30 for a burrito and a bottle coke. Way over priced.

I bought a bean snd cheese burritos
It tasted good not too good
The sauce was watery
The price was good
But she raised it five dollars next day
That’s too much it’s not worth it

Absolutely blown away, this is hands down the best Mexican food truck in all of Maui! The food is full of flavor, and you can tell everything is fresh and homemade. The owner, Laura, is an absolute 5 stars, she cooks fast, everything tastes amazing, and she’s happy to explain anything on the menu if you’re not familiar with it.

The quesabirrias are a must try, they’re the reason I keep coming back so often!

Thanks Laura!

Owner lady is rude I would not recommend anyone going here, spend your money at the other food trucks

Edit to response: I did not “grab things from the counter” I used a pump of your hand sanitizer after eating YOUR taco. The couple that bought from you were with us, just because I wasn’t in line with them does not mean I’m not your customer. Don’t assume and be rude.

The most delicious tacos, especially loved the mahi mahi and the carne asada. Cute little food truck area with lots of shaded seating and very clean.

Best Tacos on the island, hands down. Chicken tinga was among the best we ever had. Do yourself a favor and try this authentic food truck conveniently located in Wailuku
