Absolutely blown away, this is hands down the best Mexican food truck in all of Maui! The food is full of flavor, and you can tell everything is fresh and homemade. The owner, Laura, is an absolute 5 stars, she cooks fast, everything tastes amazing, and she’s happy to explain anything on the menu if you’re not familiar with it.
The quesabirrias are a must try, they’re the reason I keep coming back so often!

Best Mexican Food I’ve had on this Island ! I love everything about the place ! From the Jalapeño pepper design on the food wraps, to the logo on the Linda’s Kitchen FoodTruck and the Stickers ! The Customer Service is just as good as the food, ¡ Maravilloso ! There should be more Linda’s Kitchen Places ! Always Authentic Always Original. 🌶️ 💯🌶️💯🌶️💯🌶️
