My girlfriend and I were looking around Wailuku to find a place to eat lunch. We came across Linda’s Kitchen and wanted to check it out. We gotten the potatoes with poblano and the chicken fajitas plate lunch, and let me tell u! It was the best tacos and fajitas we’ve ever had!!! Definitely recommend with sour cream and cojita’s cheese! We love how the workers had such a beautiful smile on their faces when serving us. Recommend this spot to tourist that’s craving authentic...
I love the flavors of everything! From the chicken tinga to the habanero sauce. But why am I paying a dollar extra to have cheese in my quesadilla???? I was too bamboozled when I was asked “do you want cheese in your quesadilla”?
Really recommend stopping by as they were one of the businesses affected by the Lāhaina fires! The faces behind the truck are always kind whenever I stop by, and I love all of their food selections. Personal favorite is the Birria, but also would recommend any of their quesadillas as well!
