Mama’S Ribs & Rotisserie

We heard from a local that Mama’s Ribs and Rotisserie has some of the best chicken on the island, and they weren’t kidding! For just $17, you can get half a chicken and two sides—a fantastic deal.

The chicken was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for great food at a great price, this is a spot we’d totally recommend. Don’t miss it!

I will have to pass on this place on the BBQ pork. Very salty. Otherwise chili, macaroni salad and ribs were great.

This place is kind dirty and run down looking. The food was not good my wife said her brisket was OK as in edible not good. I got ribs and chicken. I ate the chicken it was not good. The ribs I took one taste had my wife taste we both thought they tasted foul as in spoiled. I would not recommend this place at all. This is not BBQ as I think of it. No smoker and stuff is drowned in what seems like cheap store bought sauce. Avoid this joint.

Ribs and brisket. Good flavor. Fast service.

We got the half and quarter chicken with the salad today. We were looking for a place that was not all fried food and something simple but tasty. The chicken was huge along with the salad - it was the best chicken I’ve ever had- it was moist, delicious and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back - the price was right - food perfect and really a special find for us during our stay.

Ate there this week. Hidden gem this side of Maui. Hawaiian dishes with chinese flare: flavors, portions and pricing on point. As New Yorkers, their Katsu is the best my family has had. Loco moco gravy, dense. Wish the patty was more char grilled.

If you're looking to get your grub on this is it. The first thing you'll notice is that it's full of local workers eating in and getting take out, always a good sign. We got our food and sat outside on tables meant for the strip mall patrons.
The food is good, really good. My wife got the rotisserie chicken sandwich with a caesar salad side. It was delicious with cheese and cucumber.
My boys split the chicken katsu plate and they couldn't finish it. The katsu was the best we've had on the island.
I had the brisket plate. It was good but I should have told them to keep the barbeque sauce on the side. It was also all chopped and I prefer sliced brisket.
The rice and mac salad sides were good.
Overall I'm rating this place high because of the quantity and quality of food for the price. You can't really find a 'bargain' in Maui but this is close.
If you're hungry for a filling meal this is it.

I got the pork sandwich and my husband got the baby back ribs both with Caesar salad. The pork sandwich was a little salty but overall good. The Caesar salad had very good lettuce. It looked fresh and the creamy dressing was super good!
