Yeah, vegan options weren’t great. Got the vegan/veggie burger and it was pretty bland. Drinks were very sweet but the sunset was outstanding!
They were out of the veggie burger at 2ish pm. Just got the hummus plate - which was ok, the pita was not particularly good - and fries - also medium, on the salty side. On top of that, the waiter forgot our order, and offered nothing in return. All that made it just a mediocre experience. Updated from previous review on 2025-05-12
We went for happy hour and got the few items that were naturally vegan, hummus (sans pita) and guac. They have a menu list that says “mostly plants” but it’s also a bunch of meat! Updated from previous review on 2025-03-11
The Kahana location is in a strip mall and low on ambience. Vegan options but just not tastes I like: shishito peppers, greens salad, beet salad, black bean/rice/veg burger panko crusted.
Vegan options are a veggie burger with no bun, hummus plate with no flatbread, fries, and chips & guac. At least the drinks are good, loved the Whiskey Smash. Live music and phenomenal view are also a plus! Updated from previous review on 2025-01-18

Beware false advertising for happy hour. Although basic appetizers any add ons are full price with no warning. The add on fish was 2 small pieces of over cooked fish at full price. The fries were undercooked but edible. I asked why the add ons were not mentioned as an exclusion to the half price but was told that's the way it is.

okay buckle up for this review going to give some major tips?overall experience was amazing, great area right on the beach with a beautiful sunset and great drinks!! beautiful atmosphere (i suggest eating on the patio for sunset!) to start- parking is a bit tricky, park in the outrigger parking garage and have the host validate ur parking pass for two hours (otherwise parking is at least $20 in the garage) now as of march 2024 they have a new menu- there are only 2-4 vegan options, i forgot to take photos of all of them but we got the beet hummus, veggie burger, kale salad, and truffle fries the server was not really aware of what was vegan and had to ask the chef multiple times so just make sure to triplleeee check but these are the mods you will most likely use -truffle fries NO CHEESE NO AIOLI (sub for ketchup or vegan mayo on side) -beet hummus (NO FLAT BREAD BC ITS COOKED IN BUTTER- sub for extra veggies) -veggie burger (NO BURGER BUN BC ITS COOKED IN BUTTER- sub for lettuce) -kale salad is good the way it is
Pretty good microbrewery. Had a ginormous pretzel and some loco moco. Both were pretty tasty.

I fully enjoyed the brewery, with a whole lot of beverages to choose from, they even have a delicious coconut rum we took home and tried. We tried their happy hour so not much to write home about for vegans.
Daemin Caballero provided an excellent experience.
