We had an amazing time at Merriman's for our honeymoon! Tiffany was a great server, very attentive. The food was phenomenal, some of the best fish we've ever had! And the view was stunning!

After having gone to Mama's Fish House the day before, Merriman's fell flat. My husband ordered the lobster chile verde. The lobster had absolutely no flavor and there was not enough sauce to make up for it. I had the crispy pork shank which really was nothing more than a large amount of carnitas. It came with a small amount of whipped potatoes in a separate small bowl that were runny and were similar to instant Idahoan potatoes. The only positive to this experience was the fabulous sunset we were treated to. I would highly recommend making a reservation just prior to sunset. We love fine dining, and we were sadly disappointed for the price point.

Merriman's Nāpili is always on point. Brandon mentally walked us around the menu and my wife's gluten intolerance. Just the right amount of service without being intrusive. Incredible culinary experience, unmatched ambience and views, always a highlight of our visits to Maui.

We visit Merriman's a couple of times each visit. It's an absolutely favorite. Shinning dishes are the TAKO À L'ESCARGOT, Fresh Sashimi, the Nightly Fish Special and Macadamia Nut Crusted Fresh Fish. We always over indulge with the LiLikoi Mouse Dip. Do not skip on the Mai Tai and NO KA'OL. Very refreshing and well balanced.

Everything was deliciously made. I liked how i was able to choose a combination of 2 dishes. My wife got the Mac mahi and i got the filet mignon with the catch of the day. Excellent service, views are amazing, food was delicious, can't get better than that.

54th Anniversary was only able to get high chair bar, which wasn't the spot to have a special dinner. Drinks and appetizer were fine, but no offer of other available seating which appeared abundant. Went to Plantation.
Best dinner we had in Maui! We started with the bread and Chow Fun Noodles. They were flavorful and delicious. The macadamia crusted mahi was to die for and my husband loved the fresh sashimi! We had the Chefs special chocolate crème brûlée with house made macadamia nut cookies. Omg!! The drinks did not disappoint either. I had the Mermaid Dreams and husband had the No Ka'Oi. Absolutely delicious! This restaurant is a must when visiting Maui. Make reservations early !!

Prepare to spend some money. Drinks were delicious, food was delicious, service is excellent. The view is fabulous. We had reservations for 4:30 and we were around long enough to still see the sunset.

My husband and I came here during our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty. They definitely know how to make you feel special! The fresh catch and the macadamia crusted Ono were delicious, and the pineapple macadamia nut bread pudding was absolutely a must-try! The live singer with her acoustic guitar was an incredible addition to the atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Maui.
