Merriman's was our best dinner or food experience on Maui. Period. From appetizers to salad to entree, everything was delightful and tasted fantastic. Our waitress was the perfect amount of attentive, and timed our food so we were able to enjoy every thing that came on its own without having to rush or try to eat multiple plates at once. Lisa was our server and she was amazing. We went for our anniversary and they make it so special with prosecco and a little treat at the end. The scallops were superb and so was the fish my husband got. Highly recommend!
The food and drinks were excellent. I sat at the bar and had the macadamia nut crusted fish which was so flaky and flavorful. For dessert, I had the chocolate purse and it was one of the best chocolate desserts I've ever had! It was rich and decadent. The bar tenders were incredible too and made awesome suggestions.
