My husband is Colombian and was craving some comfort food. WOW was the food excellent. We couldn’t eat it fast enough! If you like beef you have to have the Pabellon arepa. The chicken Catira arepa is so incredible as well. Don’t forget to add their house white/green sauce on it. We also got some empanadas and agua panela (sugar cane juice) - yum! This was one of the most delicious places I’ve ever been to. I recommend the vegan pabellon arepa and the yuca fries! There are a ton of labeled plant-based options and the staff was well-informed and incredibly kind and helpful. I went two days in a row because it was so good!
One of my favorite spots on Maui, this place did not disappoint. I've never had an arepa before so I don't know how authentic it was, but they were incredible.
We tried the jackfruit arepa and got the hongos pabellon bowl, and I still think about them nearly a year after eating them. Loved the sauces that came with them.
Friendly staff, clean interior. They're very generous with their portions and don't skimp.
