Service and ambience was great. Food came out surprisingly quickly considering how busy they were. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. The Mai Tai cocktails were good and not overly sweet.
The food and drinks were simply not very good. Dishes were sloppily prepared and the quality of 5/6 dishes was sub par.
The tuna was amazing and loved all of the cocktails. Excellent service and enjoyed the ambience.
One of our favorite dining experiences in Maui. Absolutely love the Pork & Pinapple pizza, the Lobster devil eggs, and banana cream pie!!
Every once in a while, you run across a place that is genuinely a great place to eat and great place for Service. The manager Adrianna went out of her way to make sure that we were all seated and having a perfect our bartender Brenda made awesome drinks and was a great Addition to the overall experience.

We've been fortunate to visit Monkeypod kitchen dozens of times over the last 5 years. Every visit has been fantastic. The thing that sticks out to my family is the vibe that the staff gives off. You can visibly see the assocaites interacting with each other, giving high fives and making sure the customer experience is incredible. And then facts: There is not a better Mai Tai on planet, the food is well thought out and executed to perfection, and do yourself a favor: order the pie to go!! Can't wait to return. Thank you Merriman family for a great place to celebrate all the Aloha.

Great atmosphere, food and drinks! We really enjoyed the service, live music, and their Mai Tai! Highly recommend their fish tacos as well. They were fresh, had a large amount of fish, and were very flavorful.
