Very nice place to eat at. The cashier and the cook were friendly. The pizza was very good. My wife has a turkey sandwich and she loved it. I will definitely go back for another pizza ? before we go back home.
Oh, I searched it thru Google Maps and it took me to the passage drop off for the mall. Nikki’s pizza is in the food court. There is a $4 for the first 30 minutes but you can get 2 hrs parking validation in the stores.
Parking: You can get 2 hr validation from one of the shops in the mall.

Cheap and basic pizza. We expected a decent Hawaiian pizza instead we got canned pineapple and cheap ham. Very disappointing.
The service was horrendous I waited to get my food right infront of the cashier and I had no service so I was just watching and waiting and no one said my name until the cashier screamed my name so aggressive that everyone in the place went silent and looked in shock. She was so mad even tho that was the first time someone called out my name. It was absolutely shocking. I grabbed my food and in a very condescending tone she said “Aloha” while walking away. That is no way to treat a person let alone a paying customer.

GET IT FRESH!!! BIG YUM!!! They make the sauce fresh daily (that’s the big difference in the flavor of their pizza) and they fresh cut all of their ingredients daily!!! This is one of Kaanapali’s best kept secrets!!! They are down on the second floor of the Whalers Village!!! There’s enough choices for everyone in the family. You can get a nice salad and it’s delicious or you can get an amazing pizza or a calzone and Maui. It’s the best bang for the buck in terms of food.
