Stopped by here after an afternoon of beach time and needed a tasty way to cool off. The shave ice was fine and fluffy and the pineapple flavor on top of vanilla ice cream reminded me of a refreshing creamsicle. I highly recommend this place!

Ok, open late. Flavors were a bit artificial. We’ve been hitting a lot of shaved ice and consensus was this was nowhere near the best, but not bad. Only visit if convenient.

Terrible. Not genuine shave ice. Guy working there was super rude. Go to Big Wave Shave Ice inside the Westin right down the road. They are super friendly and the shave ice is legit.

The ice was fine but a 30 minute wait for 8 people in the store is crazy. Ice in cup and squirt with flavor. I don't mind Hawaii time but i would prefer to not spend it in a short line.
Owners are so friendly are hardworking. They take their time and fill every cup completely and flavors are delicious! Would stop again!

Unfortunately the shaved ice here wasn’t very good and the atmosphere was… uncomfortable. Kind of a rushed line with no customer service at all lol. The shaved ice was gritty as you can see in the pic and syrups all tasted just like artificial flavors. Big quality difference after trying Uluanis too.

5 for shaved ice - 3 for atmosphere. We tried it in spite of the negative reviews…I read a bunch… and the family loves it. We tried 8 different flavors and they all loved them. Sweetened Condensed milk was a nice add and some had the ice cream on the bottom. Ice is shaved when you order. To the reviewer who said the flavors were watered down, I think all get diluted by the melting ice. We were satisfied until the last bite. The couple who owns it is sweet and helpful and we would rather buy from a local vendor than a hotel store like Big Wave. Store atmosphere is all over the place and no seats inside. A few tables for all the restaurants to share on the patio. Mahalo for a great treat, we’ll be back.
