5 for shaved ice - 3 for atmosphere. We tried it in spite of the negative reviews…I read a bunch… and the family loves it. We tried 8 different flavors and they all loved them. Sweetened Condensed milk was a nice add and some had the ice cream on the bottom. Ice is shaved when you order. To the reviewer who said the flavors were watered down, I think all get diluted by the melting ice. We were satisfied until the last bite. The couple who owns it is sweet and helpful and we would rather buy from a local vendor than a hotel store like Big Wave. Store atmosphere is all over the place and no seats inside. A few tables for all the restaurants to share on the patio. Mahalo for a great treat, we’ll be back.

Bad customer service. We walk in heavier set man with glasses looks up from his phone and says “you got 7 minutes bro”. He then walked around to the front of the store and turned off open sign several minutes early to try to discourage us from ordering and leave instead. Older couple that served us the day before was so kind and pleasant, so this guys behavior was a huge disappointment. I understand it’s frustrating having customers close to close, but at least don’t be a dick about it

The best Hawaiian Shaved Ice we've found on Maui, prepared by two sisters with a very friendly service and a chill vibe!!!
The shaved ice was super fluffy, nicely prepared, and so delicious. I recommend getting it served over the Macadamia nut ice cream for a yummy tropical vibe. ??
