We stopped in for breakfast after a morning of jet skiing, and it was perfect! There was no wait at all, and we were seated right away. Our server was super nice, friendly, and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Everything we ordered was delicious fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed after being out on the water.

The restaurant has a large parking lot with plenty of spaces, which made everything even easier. Overall, a great spot for a tasty, quick, and welcoming breakfast. Highly recommend!

Some of the best pancakes we’ve ever had. The Hawaiian and blueberry tart were so delicious. Candied bacon was unreal. Great coffee and service. Potatoes were also tasty. Must visit while in Maui!

Allowing you to cook your own pancakes is a great money making schemes, especially since every topping is an uncharted. The family enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend it.

Great slappy cakes (pancakes)! Good egg breakfasts, potatoes a touch dry. Very full plates of food! Good coffee. Would come back.

These guys are the sweetest ❤️ we had an unusual last minute request to create a pancake to display our baby gender so that it’s a surprise for us. Chef made the most adorable blue (it’s a boy 🎉) colour pancake, which was super delicious. Thank you for making our gender reveal amazing! Entire staff is super sweet and considerate. They also congratulated us. Made our day 🤩 (we went to 3 more bakeries/cafe before visiting them and they refused)

Tables have a griddle built in to make your own pancakes. It was pretty fun. Pancakes were good. Toppings are a little pricey but its a good experience. We also ordered the chicken fried steak and enjoyed it! Fun place. Fast service.

Me and my wife were looking for somewhere to go to breakfast after the place we were planning on going to was completely booked.
We ended up going to Slappy Cakes on a whim because we had passed by it at one point during our trip.

Turns out it's a DIY pancake restaurant! Not only is that a really cool idea, but it was super good too! Not to mention reasonably priced.

The pancakes themselves were super yummy and making our own was super fun. My wife made cute designs, while I just made good pancakes. Overall it was our favorite part of the restaurant. The side were amazing too! If you go, try the breakfast potatoes! They are amazing!

Overall super yummy and a really fun idea.

Fun place for kids to make pancake but be careful the stove side definitely hot. Need adults to pay attention, their pancake are delicious love the cream sauce they put on top of it

Very nice. Friendly waitress from Argentina. We had banana bread french toast, and baked potato. Both were excellent. Price was reasonable for this area.

We've been coming to the island for 10 years now and just found this place. We used to go to the Gazebo but this is 1,000% so much better highly recommend stopping by especially if you are staying at the westin its a 5 minute drive down the road!

Not a ton of vegan options, but the pancakes were actually really good! I got a side of almond butter, and it tasted amazing together!
