Had very high expectations before I went there. Weren’t a lot of ppl in front of us. Wanted to order poke but was told that it would be about 30 mins wait, thus changed to rolls. STILL Waited for more than 30 mins :( and the food was okay, but not worth the wait. kinda disappointed though

Randomly saw this on google and gave it a shot last week and I was BLOWN AWAY! The absolute best food on Maui. Their fish is insanely fresh! I went 3 times during my short stay and the quality was 10/10 each time. Can’t wait to come back, thinking about that Hamachi Lover’s roll everyday since :)

Phenomenal sushi at a great price. I had the smash roll and salmon nigiri and was so impressed. The fish is delicious and fresh and the rolls are well done. Highly recommend for a delicious lunch or dinner. We stopped by 15 min to closing and still had high quality and delicious food. A true gem! 💎

Smash Maui blew me away! The poke was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and generously served—hands down the best I’ve ever had. I also tried their sushi rolls (the Lahaina and Haleakala rolls) ans the nigiris and they were out of this world—so fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully made.
The staff was friendly, the service fast, and the vibe super chill. Plenty of shaded picnic tables and easy parking made it even better. A true hidden gem in Lahaina—worth every bite.I wish they had a location in my city. I would go every week!
If you’re in Maui, do not miss this food truck. It’s a 10/10 experience!
