Folks you can find Joe in Kihei at Roasted Chilies. He really wanted to stay within the Lahaina community but this opportunity came up. Thanks to the many friends who have visited him in Kihei. Mahalo!

Food was ok, cornbread was stale.Coleslaw tasted store bought, bbq ribs were good. Pulled pork sandwich was good. Now the place inside is filthy, 5 tvs on walls not working, Tired , old, decor. The whole I kept thinking how I would make this place over into a destination people would love. I also wondered if the restaurant was this filthy in plain site, what does the kitchen look like?

No frills location but extremely good customer service and food. The grilled chicken breasts are tender and juicy, fries perfect crispness, and flavorful BBQ sauce. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Warm and friendly atmosphere thanks to the employees!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This isn't one of those snooty restaurants where you will pay for the ambience. This is a sports bar that happens to serve pretty good food. I ordered the Kalbi short ribs and they did not disappoint. The hubby was jealous. He ordered the baby back ribs with the NY steak. He enjoyed it! Both of our meals came with cornbread and beans and we both ordered the coleslaw. Would definitely come back again.

Off the main Front St restaurant drag, Smokehouse is a local no frills genuine Hawaiian food fare. Service was excellent menu was explained to us and drinks were delish! I had the kalua moco and the pork was the bomb! Served over rice with egg and brown gravy. Yummo! Hubby had the ribs and sausage and it too was delicious! You don't need the frills to enjoy local cuisine!!

Place was empty at 5:30 and one person working the front. The baby back ribs were not smoked as the name would infer but were ok.

Called to ask if they could cook our food separately from Shell fish and he was extremely rude told us that they cook everything together on the same grill which is cross contamination told us we are better off cooking at home.

This was the worst place I've ever eaten at. Everything was microwaved. We had the pork ribs and smoked chicken combo. The place was dirty and run down. Frozen onion rings, canned baked beans and frozen loaf of corn bread. The chicken literally tasted like it was cooked in a microwave, it was very dry. Ribs were cold. Don't waste your money or time. McDonald's would have been better.

We were here during Easter and had a hard time finding restaurants for dinner. We found this space and it didn't disappoint. The smoked chicken is unbelievably juicy and tender! It feels like a local bar where locals hang out.
