Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had at Starbucks I have spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks over the years, and I have never had an experience like this one. My son ordered a summer berry lemonade, and it was completely filled with ice so much that after two sips, it was gone. The straw wouldn’t even go through the ice, and the lid wouldn’t close because of how overfilled it was.
I politely mentioned this to the barista, expecting a quick fix. Instead, I was met with attitude and a dismissive, “That’s the standard,” while she just stared at me like I was the problem. I asked for another drink with zero ice, which I paid for. When I got it, the cup was completely full to the top. I poured it into the original cup with ice, and it overflowed proving my point that the first drink was basically a cup of ice, not a beverage.
What makes this worse is that I had just tipped 20% and even purchased Starbucks merchandise — merchandise I actually considered returning because of how I was treated. All I received in return for my loyalty and politeness were dumb blank stares and an attitude that made me feel like I was the one out of line.
It wasn’t the mistake that bothered me — mistakes happen — it was the rude, unprofessional way I was treated. For a company I’ve supported for years, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

This location never fails to close early. Here we are 20 min before the advertised closing time and drive thru is coned off and store is shut down. Don't really care about my drink but to think people cut corners all the time here is lazy and unprofessional.

Went to this location for the first time today, and wow the employees were so friendly and kind! They were positive and welcoming to each person, and handled busy moments in an upbeat way rather than seeming really stressed or upset (as I usually see in Starbucks at home on the mainland). Their service was quick and excellent, but the cheerfulness of the team really surprised me and made me want to come back to this location.

Lots of parking, easy access in and out in just a few minutes with the app, a few more minutes for walk-ins.
Friendly team from morning to evening with recommendations and indoor/outdoor seating options. Only downsides: no restrooms (but you can visit the Mall's or Safeway's) and it can feel cramped as the lunch lines & crowds come through mid-day but that's the perfect time to enjoy patio seating.
