Went to this location for the first time today, and wow the employees were so friendly and kind! They were positive and welcoming to each person, and handled busy moments in an upbeat way rather than seeming really stressed or upset (as I usually see in Starbucks at home on the mainland). Their service was quick and excellent, but the cheerfulness of the team really surprised me and made me want to come back to this location.
Friendly team from morning to evening with recommendations and indoor/outdoor seating options. Only downsides: no restrooms (but you can visit the Mall's or Safeway's) and it can feel cramped as the lunch lines & crowds come through mid-day but that's the perfect time to enjoy patio seating.
What I love about Starbucks is the consistency, that even on vacation I know exactly what I am getting. I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out, how clean everything was and how my drink was exactly the way I wanted. What sets this particular Starbucks ahead of the others was the great service by mitch who took our order. He was friendly, prompt, and genuine.
