If we’re paying $7 for a cortado and, two out of three times, the baristas don’t know the difference between a cortado and a short latte, that’s a problem. Similarly, when we order two pesto–mozzarella–tomato sandwiches and are served two egg, pesto & mozzarella sandwiches, that’s also a problem—especially when the barista insists that’s what my son ordered, even though he doesn’t eat eggs. Instead of fixing the issue, the situation was handled by telling the customer they were wrong. That’s customer service?

Price gauging! Be sure to ask for an itemized receipt up front. Came here 3 days in a row. 1st two days I was charged an extra $3 for something I did not order. I didn't catch til the 2nd day when asked for a receipt after I received my drinks & food. On the 3rd day i ordered the same thing as 1st 2 days but asked for an itemized receipt upfront and my bill was $3 dollars cheaper than the 1st 2 days. Dishonest cashier.

I would come here over the Starbucks at the Westin. This is cheaper (perhaps the Marriott charges this Starbucks less in rent?) and the view is far better. Also lining up and getting a coffee took three minutes, maybe less. The winner here is that there's a covered ocean front courtyard right outside and you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the Westin.

What the heck!!! Just got a coffee at the Starbucks at the Marriott. Unbelievable! It is almost double the price. Price Gouging! Come on Marriott. Get rid of Starbucks and have a local vendor. Won’t be coming back to Starbucks.

Very good baristas and they also have a wide selection of Hawaii cups!!! Bought a reusable Hawaii mug from the “Been there collection” and a reusable cup with an umbrella on the straw!
