The staff is friendly and attentive, and the spacious interior provides ample seating for customers. Guests staying at the Hokupa'a Tower can enjoy the added benefits of upgraded rooms, lanais, and inclusive food and drink options throughout the day.
However, the overall experience is not without its drawbacks. Some of the outdoor furniture, including the cushions on the lanai, were found to be dirty and in need of regular cleaning. Additionally, the hospitality room, offered as a convenience for guests with late flights, was reported to be in an unsatisfactory condition, with used towels, beds, and showers left unattended.
Despite these issues, the villa-style resort is generally well-received, with the restaurant at the pool praised for its amazing food. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and updated condition of the rooms.
