Honestly some of the worst service ever. Employees who are slow, don't know the menu, don't know how to make drinks, and are terribly unfriendly. Stay away!!

The barista didn’t know how to make cappuccino and ended up giving me a late. The ticket clearly said cappuccino. I didn’t make a fuss bc I just wanted to get back to the pool.

I’ve been here many times and everything is great but today…OMG I had the mushroom kale egg bites and iced matcha latte with soy milk and got really sick! Not sure which item was bad. I hope they’re checking the expiration dates food and milks. Ugh

Lovely place. People were nice. They do not let you use Starbucks points or cash. Kind of annoying. My other complaint is they use the paper cups and lids for iced drinks which halfway through my drink the cup and lids are all soggy and rotten. Little more spendy too

For Starbucks this is a comfortable, dependable, above standard offering. With a long line it only took nine minutes and forty two seconds from lining up to having a coffee in my hand - and I ordered a specialty coffee. My cortado tasted great - creamy and hit the spot. The rest of the store was well put together. If you're looking for Starbucks on a resort - no complaints here!
As always Starbucks does a great job but I think it's also the staff at the hotel who is here who makes it all smooth. Long line sometimes but they took good care and make it go fast. Love the little touch of holiday and Hawaii spirit in the decorations!
